This 3.7V, 1100mAh Li-ion cell replaces the original M1100 battery in the Navman Spirit V505 TV and Mio Spirit V735 TV portable GPS navigators. It fits the compact battery bay directly and connects to the device's internal power management circuit. Swap it in when the original cell no longer holds a usable charge.
- Spirit V505 TV and Mio Spirit V735 TV compatibility: Both units share the same 3.7V single-cell architecture, M1100 part number, and identical connector pinout. The BMS handshake is the same across both, so one cell serves either device without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge-discharge cycles on the Spirit V505 TV platform. The BMS accepted the cell cleanly, reported state of charge correctly, and held stable voltage across normal GPS receiver and display load.
- Cold-start preparation after fitting: After installing this cell, power the unit on outdoors and let it acquire a full satellite fix before driving. A full power interruption forces a cold start — first fix can take 5–10 minutes. Subsequent warm starts drop back to under a minute once almanac data is cached.
