Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

HTC Droid Incredible ADR6410 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (35H00180-02M)
This is a 3.7V, 1300mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the HTC Droid Incredible ADR6410 and ADR6410L series smartphones. It fits devices where the original cell has degraded and can no longer hold a usable charge. OEM part numbers covered include 35H00180-02M, BTR6410B, 35H00184-01M, and 35H00181-01M.
- ADR6410, ADR6410L, ADR6410LVW, and Droid Incredible 4G LTE: These variants share the same 3.7V battery bay, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol, which is why one cell fits the full range. Swapping between these models does not require any firmware or hardware change.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell on an ADR6410 unit, confirmed the BMS accepted the charge handshake without error flags, and verified the protection circuit tripped correctly at undervoltage. Charge acceptance was consistent across three full cycles.
- Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installing a new cell, disable fast charging for the first complete discharge-charge cycle. The phone's fuel gauge IC is calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve — running one slow cycle lets it map the new cell accurately before high-current charging begins.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the ADR6410 after a cell swap
The ADR6410's fuel gauge IC uses a coulomb counter that was calibrated against the original cell's internal resistance and discharge curve. A new cell has different impedance characteristics, so the reported state of charge drifts from the real voltage. When the modem transmits or the screen peaks in brightness, the actual cell voltage drops below the 3.4V cutoff threshold while the UI still shows 25%. The phone shuts down to protect the cell. One full slow discharge-charge cycle re-anchors the coulomb counter and eliminates these early cutoffs.
Phone not powering on after the replacement battery sat in storage
Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage, and if a replacement cell drops below approximately 2.5V, the BMS latches into lockout mode and blocks all charge current to prevent plating. The ADR6410 will show nothing on screen and may not respond to the charger. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes without pressing the power button. Most BMS circuits will accept a trickle recovery current at this stage and release the lockout once the cell climbs back above 2.9V.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Droid Incredible ADR6410 shuts off at around 25% after I put in the new battery — is the cell faulty?
The cell is almost certainly fine. The fuel gauge IC on the ADR6410 tracks charge using a coulomb counter calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve. A new cell has different internal resistance, so the percentage reading drifts and the phone hits the 3.4V hardware cutoff while still showing 25% on screen. Run one complete discharge-charge cycle without fast charging — the counter will re-anchor to the new cell and the early shutdowns will stop.
The battery percentage on my ADR6410 is jumping around erratically after the replacement — why?
The coulomb counter in the fuel gauge IC is still using the old cell's reference data. It cannot accurately map the new cell's voltage-to-capacity curve until it sees at least one full cycle from 100% down to cutoff and back. Charge the phone to 100%, let it drain fully to auto-shutdown without interruption, then charge it to 100% again on a standard charger. After that cycle, the percentage display should stabilise.
My ADR6410 won't turn on at all after installing the replacement battery — the screen stays black even on the charger.
If the replacement cell discharged below 2.5V during storage, the BMS has locked out all charge current. Plug the phone into a wall adapter — PC USB ports often lack the current headroom to trigger BMS recovery — and leave it undisturbed for at least 20 minutes without pressing the power button. The BMS accepts a low trickle at this stage; once the cell climbs above 2.9V the lockout releases and the phone will begin a normal charge cycle.
