Fits Nokia N152DL, TA-1520, C100, and C100 2022 models; replaces OEM TN-BL3000R1 battery directly.
3.85V, 2900mAh lithium-ion cell delivers 11.17Wh total energy for calls, messaging, and app runtime.
Connector seats flush into the battery slot with no modification; locking tab engages on installation.
We cycled the cell on a bench charger and observed normal BMS voltage ramp and cutoff behavior across three full cycles.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Nokia C100 / N152DL — 3.85V Li-ion Replacement Battery (TN-BL3000R1)

This is a 3.85V, 2900mAh Li-ion cell that replaces the TN-BL3000R1 battery in the Nokia N152DL, TA-1520, C100, and C100 2022 smartphones. It restores full charging capacity when the original cell has degraded past the point of holding a usable charge. Physical dimensions are 76.50 × 62.00 × 4.60mm — match these before fitting.

  • N152DL / C100 platform fit: These models share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol, which is why a single cell covers all four variants. The fuel gauge IC communicates over the same data line across the TA-1520 and C100 2022 revisions.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on a C100 unit and confirmed the BMS accepted the cell without triggering a reject flag. The charge IC stepped through the correct CC/CV profile and terminated at the expected voltage ceiling.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This allows the fuel gauge IC to recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current fast charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell — preventing erratic percentage readings from the first charge onward.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Nokia C100 after a cell swap

A new cell has a slightly different voltage-to-capacity curve than the original. The fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell, so it misreads the remaining charge. Under modem or screen load, the actual cell voltage drops below the BMS cutoff threshold before the OS registers low battery. The phone cuts out because the BMS sees a real undervoltage event even though the percentage display says 25%. One full slow-charge cycle corrects the coulomb counter baseline and the shutdowns stop.

Phone not powering on after the replacement cell sat in storage

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage, and if the TN-BL3000R1 dropped below roughly 2.5V per cell, the BMS enters lockout mode to prevent damage — the phone will not respond to the power button or a normal charger. Connect the phone to a wall charger, not a PC USB port, and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything. The charge IC trickle-charges the cell back above the BMS recovery threshold, typically around 2.9V, at which point the BMS releases the lockout and the phone boots normally.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Nokia C100 keeps shutting off at around 25% after I put in the new battery — what's causing that?

The fuel gauge IC in the C100 is still mapped to the discharge curve of the old, degraded cell. When load spikes from the modem or display pull the new cell's voltage down sharply, the BMS hits its cutoff before the OS catches up to the real state of charge. Run one full discharge-charge cycle with fast charging turned off — this resets the coulomb counter against the new cell's actual curve. After that single cycle the shutdowns stop.

Fast charging stopped working the first time I plugged in the new battery — is the charger the problem?

The charger is almost certainly fine. On the first cycle after a cell swap, the BMS on the new cell has not yet negotiated the USB-PD or proprietary fast-charge handshake with the phone's charge IC — some controllers default to standard 5V/1A as a safety measure until the BMS confirms cell health. Let the phone complete one full standard charge to 100%, then disconnect and discharge normally. Fast charge protocol acceptance restores on the second cycle once the charge IC has logged a complete charge event.

The battery percentage on my Nokia N152DL is jumping around — it shows 60%, then suddenly drops to 40% with no warning.

Erratic percentage jumps are a fuel gauge IC recalibration issue, not a faulty cell. The IC uses stored data from the old battery to estimate charge — when a new cell with a different internal resistance is installed, the estimates drift mid-discharge. Charge the phone to 100% using the wall adapter, let it sit at 100% for five minutes after the charge indicator stops, then discharge it fully in one session without topping up. This gives the IC a complete reference cycle and the percentage readings stabilise from that point forward.
