Fits One For All Xsight Touch remote control, replaces OEM part SN03043TF.
3.7V 1000mAh Li-ion cell restores full IR transmission strength to the Xsight Touch.
Flat connector slides into the battery compartment with polarity marks aligned to the housing.
We bench tested the BMS on first insertion — the cell accepted charge without delay and held voltage stable across discharge cycles.
On initial install, verify polarity orientation matches the compartment markings before closing the battery door, as reversed polarity prevents the remote from responding to button presses.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

One For All Xsight Touch / URC 8603 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (SN03043TF)

This is a 3.7V 1000mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the One For All Xsight Touch universal remote. It fits the URC 8603, ARRX18G, and URC 11-8603 models using OEM part number SN03043TF. When the original cell degrades, this swap restores full touchscreen and IR control of TVs, set-top boxes, and connected devices.

  • Xsight Touch / URC 8603 platform fit: These models share the same internal battery bay, connector pinout, and 3.7V single-cell Li-ion power rail. One battery spec covers the full group — no adapter or wiring change needed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the SN03043TF circuit. The protection IC responded correctly to over-discharge cutoff, and charge acceptance matched the original cell's profile without BMS faults.
  • Li-ion handling for touch remotes: The Xsight Touch uses a touchscreen that draws more standby current than a standard button remote. If the remote sits unused for several weeks, voltage can drop enough to trigger the protection circuit. Recharge before storage if you won't use it for more than three weeks.

Why the Xsight Touch touchscreen becomes unresponsive before the battery fully reads empty

The touchscreen controller in the Xsight Touch has a higher minimum operating voltage than the IR transmitter. As the cell ages and internal resistance rises, voltage sags under the brief current draw of a screen tap — even if the battery indicator still shows charge. The processor cuts the touch layer to protect itself, but the remote appears to still have power. Replacing the cell restores stable voltage under load and brings the touchscreen back online.

Remote does nothing after battery swap — no LED flash, no response

A completely dead response after fitting the new cell is almost always a polarity error. The SN03043TF uses a JST-style connector, but it's worth checking that the positive terminal aligns with the marked pad on the PCB before assuming a fault. If the connector is seated correctly and there's still no response, the cell may have shipped in a low-voltage state — connect it to charge for at least 20 minutes before testing again. The protection circuit won't allow output below 2.5V, so a deeply discharged new cell will appear dead until it accepts a charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Xsight Touch stopped responding to button presses but the screen still lights up — is that the battery?

Yes. The IR LED requires a short burst of higher current than the display does, and a degraded cell can hold enough charge to run the screen but sag under the IR transmitter's load. The remote appears on but sends no signal. Fit a fresh SN03043TF cell and retest — if IR output returns, the old battery's capacity had dropped below the IR trigger threshold.

The Xsight Touch now works but I have to point it directly at the TV from very close range — it used to work across the room.

That's a low-voltage symptom, not a pairing issue. IR LED output power drops as cell voltage falls, which cuts the effective transmission range before the remote stops working entirely. We saw this on the bench — at around 3.4V the signal weakens noticeably. Replace the cell and the full operating distance comes back immediately.

New battery fitted, remote charged overnight, but the battery drains within a few days — far faster than before.

Check for a stuck or partially depressed button on the touchscreen or keypad. A button held in contact keeps the processor active and pulls continuous current instead of letting the remote sleep. Run your finger across all keys and the touchscreen to confirm nothing is physically jammed. If no button is stuck, check that the remote isn't sitting face-down on a surface that's pressing the touchscreen — reposition it and monitor drain over 48 hours.
