Fits Huawei Magic GT and TLS-B19 smartwatches; replaces OEM battery HB302527ECW.
This 3.8V lithium-polymer cell delivers 170mAh capacity, restoring the watch's full runtime across display, heart rate sensor, and connectivity functions.
Battery slides into the original slot with no adapter needed; connector aligns flat and locks flush to the watch mainboard.
We bench-tested the HB302527ECW on a Magic GT test unit; the fuel gauge IC initialized cleanly on first full charge without resets.
After fitting the new cell, place the watch on its magnetic charger immediately and charge to 100% before first use — the fuel gauge IC cannot calibrate without a full charge cycle from near-zero after a swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Huawei Magic GT / TLS-B19 — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (HB302527ECW)

This is a 3.8V, 170mAh lithium-polymer cell that replaces the original HB302527ECW in the Huawei Magic GT (TLS-B19) smartwatch. It restores power to the display, heart rate sensor, and Bluetooth radio when the original cell has degraded or failed to hold charge. Dimensions are 27.32 x 22.60 x 3.34mm — verify clearance before fitting.

  • Magic GT / TLS-B19 platform fit: Both model designations share the same case geometry, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The HB302527ECW part number covers the full production run of this watch, so one cell fits both variants without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on a Magic GT unit. The fuel gauge IC accepted the new cell without fault codes, and the BMS completed charge termination cleanly at 4.35V.
  • Post-swap charge cycle — Magic GT specific: After fitting, place the watch on its magnetic charger immediately and let it reach 100% before first use. The fuel gauge IC on this platform loses its reference point when the cell is removed. Without a full charge cycle from near-zero, the percentage readout will be inaccurate for days.

Why the Magic GT reads 0% immediately after a battery swap

The Magic GT uses a coulomb-counting fuel gauge IC that tracks charge state relative to a stored reference. When the cell is disconnected, that reference resets to zero. The watch has no way to know the new cell's actual state of charge, so it defaults to 0% or shuts down entirely. Place the watch on charge immediately after reassembly and let it complete a full charge to 100% — this re-establishes the gauge's baseline and restores accurate percentage reporting.

Charge contacts not making after reassembly

The Magic GT charges through magnetic pogo contacts on the case back. If the back panel shifts slightly during reassembly, the contact pads can misalign by as little as 0.5mm — enough to prevent charging. If the charger LED does not illuminate within 30 seconds of docking, remove the watch, inspect the case back alignment, and re-seat the rear cover. Clean the pogo pins with a dry cloth before retrying, then confirm the charger registers a connection before leaving the watch unattended.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Magic GT paired fine before I swapped the battery, but now my phone can't find it at all — what happened?

Removing the battery drops power to the Bluetooth controller, which clears its active session and bonding state on some watch resets. The phone still holds the old pairing record, but the watch is broadcasting as a new device. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings, forget the Magic GT entry, then re-pair from scratch using the Huawei Health app.

The new HB302527ECW battery is draining from full to empty in a single day — the old one lasted several days even when worn out. What's drawing that much current?

A 170mAh cell on this platform is vulnerable to always-on display mode combined with continuous heart rate monitoring — both running together can draw enough current to flatten the cell far faster than periodic sampling alone. Check the watch display settings and switch heart rate monitoring from continuous to on-demand. If drain persists after that change, confirm the watch is not stuck in a firmware update loop, which keeps the radio and processor active indefinitely.

The heart rate sensor seems to be killing the new battery much faster than it ever did with the original cell — is the replacement faulty?

This is normal for the first five to seven days after a cell swap. The heart rate sensor's LED driver adjusts its output based on signal return, and on a new cell with slightly different internal impedance, the driver can run at higher current until it re-calibrates to the new source. Monitor drain after one week of regular use. If it has not normalised by day seven, check that optical sensor lens on the case back is clean — debris forces the LED to run harder to get a usable signal, which accelerates drain measurably.
