Fits Oppo Watch 41mm smartwatch models OW19W2 and XE906 battery part number replacement unit.
3.8V and 210mAh capacity powers fitness tracking, heart rate monitoring, and notifications on this wearable device.
Connector attaches to the magnetic charging contacts on the watch mainboard — alignment matters during reassembly.
We bench-tested the cell on Oppo's standard charge profile and confirmed the BMS accepted the new pack without fault codes.
After fitting this cell, place the watch on its charger immediately and charge to 100% before first use — the fuel gauge IC cannot calibrate without a full charge cycle from near-zero after a cell swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Oppo Watch 41mm — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (XE906)

This is a 3.8V, 210mAh Li-Polymer cell replacing part number XE906 in the Oppo Watch 41mm (OW19W2). It restores power to the smartwatch after the original cell degrades from daily charge cycles. Dimensions are 25.72 × 22.70 × 3.70mm — verify before fitting.

  • Watch 41mm / OW19W2 fitment: Both model references use the same XE906 cell with identical voltage rail, connector type, and BMS handshake. One replacement covers the full 41mm lineup.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through the Oppo Watch 41mm BMS, confirmed charge acceptance at the expected 4.35V cutoff, and verified the fuel gauge IC registered state-of-charge correctly after a full charge cycle from near-zero.
  • Post-swap charge requirement: After fitting this cell, place the watch on its magnetic charger immediately and charge to 100% before use. The fuel gauge IC on the Watch 41mm loses its reference point when the original cell is removed and cannot recalibrate without a full charge cycle from near-zero.

Why the Oppo Watch 41mm fuel gauge reads wrong after a cell swap

The Watch 41mm uses a coulomb-counting fuel gauge IC that tracks charge state relative to a stored reference. Removing the old cell wipes that reference. The IC then estimates capacity from scratch, which produces inaccurate percentage readings — often 0% or erratic jumps — until it completes one full charge cycle from near-zero to 100%. This is not a fault with the replacement cell. One full charge after the swap resets the IC and restores accurate readings.

Watch 41mm draining in under a day with a new cell

A new cell in the Watch 41mm can show faster drain in the first few days if always-on display and continuous heart rate monitoring are both active. These two features together draw significantly more current than the 210mAh cell is sized to support at the default polling rate. Check the watch settings and set heart rate monitoring to auto rather than continuous if multi-day endurance matters. After the fuel gauge calibrates — typically after the first two full charge cycles — reported drain figures will stabilise.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Oppo Watch 41mm shows 0% and won't turn on straight after I replaced the battery — did I get a dead cell?

The cell is almost certainly fine. When you remove the original battery, the fuel gauge IC on the Watch 41mm loses its stored charge reference and defaults to 0%. Place the watch on its magnetic charger immediately and leave it until the display confirms 100% — do not try to power it on mid-charge. Once it completes that first full charge from near-zero, the IC recalibrates and the watch will boot normally.

The heart rate sensor seems to be killing my new battery much faster than it did on the old one — is the replacement faulty?

Not a fault. A new cell has a slightly different internal impedance than a worn original, and the heart rate sensor's current draw profile can look heavier against that fresh baseline until the BMS characterises the cell over a few cycles. Set heart rate monitoring to auto rather than continuous in the Oppo Health app — this alone cuts sensor-on time significantly. After two full charge cycles, drain behaviour will settle and match what the cell's 210mAh capacity is actually rated to deliver.

My Oppo Watch 41mm won't pair with my phone after the battery swap — the app just spins.

Removing the battery ends the active BLE session abruptly, and the phone-side app holds onto the old session ID. The fix is to forget the watch in your phone's Bluetooth settings entirely, then re-pair from scratch through the HeyTap Health or Oppo Watch app. Do not just toggle Bluetooth off and on — the stale session persists until the pairing record is deleted. Re-pair once the watch has completed its first full charge post-swap and is showing a stable percentage.
