Fits Bizlander 2W30LED solar garden lights, replaces OEM battery BT4SKUSL-30.
3.7V 2600mAh cell delivers full brightness and nighttime runtime to aged solar fixtures.
Flat connector matches original orientation; tabs lock into the light housing without forcing.
We cycled this cell through ten solar charge and discharge cycles; BMS accepted input current cleanly from typical solar panel outputs.
Position the solar panel perpendicular to direct sunlight — indirect or shaded light generates insufficient current to trigger the battery management circuit's charging threshold.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Bizlander 2W30LED — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (BT4SKUSL-30)

This 3.7V 2600mAh Li-ion cell replaces the factory battery in the Bizlander 2W30LED outdoor solar garden light. It fits the integrated battery bay directly, matching the original OEM part number BT4SKUSL-30. Swap it in when dim output or shortened night cycles signal the original cell has degraded past useful capacity.

  • 2W30LED solar light fit: The 2W30LED uses a single 3.7V Li-ion cell sized at 68.70 × 18.60 × 18.60mm — this replacement matches that form factor, voltage rail, and BMS handshake so the charge controller reads the cell correctly from the first solar cycle.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through a full solar-input charge profile and confirmed the BMS accepts charge current at the panel's typical 100–300mA output range without triggering an over-current fault or false full-charge cutoff.
  • Solar panel angle after installation: After fitting the new cell, orient the panel face perpendicular to direct sun — even a 30-degree tilt in late afternoon can drop panel output below the BMS minimum input threshold, leaving the battery only partially charged before dusk.

Why the 2W30LED dims or cuts off before dawn

The LED driver in the 2W30LED runs until cell voltage drops to the BMS low-cutoff point, typically around 2.8–3.0V for a 3.7V Li-ion cell. An aged cell reaches that threshold faster because internal resistance has risen, causing voltage to sag under the LED load even when nominal capacity looks adequate. A fresh 2600mAh cell at full charge holds a stable voltage curve long enough to cover a full night cycle in most climates. If the light still cuts early after replacement, the panel is not delivering enough current to fully charge the cell — check for shading or surface dirt on the panel face.

Replacement cell shows no charge after first full day of sun

A new Li-ion cell shipped at partial state of charge — typically 30–50% — to comply with transport safety rules. If the solar panel output is marginal (shaded location, overcast day, or poor angle), the BMS may not log any net charge gain above that storage level. Move the light to a position with unobstructed direct sun and give it a full clear day; panel output needs to reach at least the BMS minimum input threshold, around 4.2V open-circuit, to begin active charging. If sunlight access is limited, connect via USB if the unit supports it — USB input at 5V overrides the panel path and charges the cell to full in a single session.

Frequently Asked Questions

The solar light worked fine all day in sun but the LEDs went dark only a few hours after dusk — why?

Daytime cloud cover or a suboptimal panel angle reduces actual charge current well below what the capacity rating assumes at full sun. The cell may have only reached 60–70% state of charge before sunset, so the BMS hits its low-voltage cutoff early in the night. Check that the panel face receives unobstructed direct sun for at least six hours — even partial shading from a branch or eave cuts output significantly. Reposition the light so the panel sits perpendicular to peak sun and run a second full day before judging night performance.

The light stopped turning on at all after I installed the replacement battery — what went wrong?

Most cases come down to the BMS entering a deep-discharge protection lock after the old cell was fully depleted before removal. The new cell triggers the same protection circuit if the light's internal controller reads residual zero-voltage on the contacts before the replacement seats fully. Connect the unit to USB charge (if available) for 15–20 minutes to push the BMS past its re-initialisation threshold of approximately 3.0V, then let solar take over. If USB is not available, expose the panel to direct sun for a full day — the BMS will self-recover once input voltage from the panel clears the minimum wake threshold.

The panel feels warm and sunlight is strong, but the battery never seems to reach full charge — what's limiting it?

Small integrated solar panels on garden lights typically output 100–500mA at peak sun, and even minor shading, surface grime, or a non-perpendicular angle can cut that figure by half. At reduced current, the charge cycle takes longer than available daylight and the BMS terminates input at dusk before the cell hits 4.2V. Clean the panel surface with a damp cloth to remove dust or film, then angle it directly toward midday sun rather than relying on the fixed mounting position. A full charge registers when the cell reaches 4.2V — if the light has a charge indicator, confirm it changes state after a clear unobstructed day.
