This is a 3.8V, 4600mAh lithium-polymer battery for the AT&T Trek 2 HD and Trek 2 HD LTE tablets. It replaces OEM part number Li3846T43P6hF07632. Capacity is rated at 17.48Wh, matching the original cell specification.

The Trek 2 HD's charge controller uses a USB-PD negotiation sequence that anchors to a profile established during the first accepted charge cycle. A brand-new cell hasn't completed that cycle, so the controller defaults to standard charge rates as a precaution. Connect the tablet to the original charger and allow one full, uninterrupted charge to 100%. After that first accepted cycle completes, USB-PD negotiation resumes and fast charging becomes available again.
