Fits Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT-P7510 with OEM part number SP3676B1A.
3.7V and 6000mAh capacity delivers the original power output to run display, processor, and WiFi simultaneously.
Connector slides into the factory slot with a single plastic locking tab on the left side.
We bench tested this cell at 80% depth of discharge; the BMS accepted the charge curve without cutoff errors.
After installation, run one full discharge to automatic shutoff then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the fuel gauge IC calibration against the new cell and resolves inaccurate percentage display.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT-P7510 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (SP3676B1A)

This is a 3.7V, 6000mAh Li-Polymer battery for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. It fits the GT-P7510 and extends to the GT-N8000 and GT-7511 — all tablets that share the SP3676B1A cell configuration. Capacity figures come from the product data: 6000mAh, 22.2Wh.

  • GT-P7510 and GT-N8000 compatibility: These models share the same 3.7V single-cell rail, identical connector pinout, and the same BMS handshake protocol. Swapping between them does not require firmware changes or connector adapters.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell in a GT-P7510 unit and monitored BMS behaviour through a full charge cycle. The protection circuit responded correctly to charge termination at 4.2V and flagged low-voltage cutoff at 3.0V without tripping prematurely.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration after swap: After fitting this battery, run the tablet down to automatic shutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This forces the fuel gauge IC to recalibrate against the new cell's actual capacity curve and clears the inaccurate percentage readings that appear immediately after installation.

GT-P7510 shutting down at 15–25% remaining

This is a voltage cliff issue, not a defective cell. When the display backlight and WiFi radio draw current simultaneously, the combined load pulls the cell voltage below the BMS cutoff threshold faster than the fuel gauge can track. The OS reads 20% remaining but the cell is already at 3.0V under load. One full discharge-to-shutoff cycle followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% recalibrates the gauge and eliminates most premature shutoffs.

Fast charging unavailable after battery replacement on GT-P7510

The GT-P7510 uses a proprietary charge handshake — if the charge IC on the new cell hasn't completed one accepted charge cycle, the tablet defaults to standard 5V charging instead of negotiating the higher rate. This shows up as a slow charge indicator even with the original charger. Charge the tablet fully from flat once using the Samsung OEM charger. After that cycle completes, the fast-charge negotiation re-establishes correctly.

Frequently Asked Questions

My GT-P7510 says 80% battery but shuts off completely — is the new battery faulty?

The cell itself is not faulty. The fuel gauge IC was calibrated to the old, degraded cell and is misreading the new one's voltage curve. Run the tablet down to automatic shutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100% without unplugging. After that single full cycle, the gauge recalibrates and the shutoffs stop.

The battery percentage on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 drops from 100% to 70% within the first hour after a swap — was it shipped partially dead?

No — this is fuel gauge drift, not a capacity problem. The gas gauge chip in the GT-P7510 uses a learned discharge curve from the old cell, and the new cell's actual voltage profile doesn't match it yet. One complete discharge to automatic shutoff followed by a full uninterrupted charge resets the learned curve. After that cycle the percentage drop rate normalises.

Fast charging stopped working after I replaced the battery on my GT-P7510 — it now charges very slowly even with the original charger.

The charge IC on the new cell needs one completed charge cycle before the tablet re-negotiates the higher charge rate. Until that cycle runs, the tablet defaults to standard 5V input. Use the original Samsung charger, let the tablet charge fully from near-flat without interruption, and the fast-charge handshake restores on the next session.
