This is a 10.8V, 2600mAh (28.08Wh) lithium-ion battery pack for the Beko VRR 60110 and VRR 60110 VW cordless stick vacuums. It slots into the same battery bay as the original and powers the vacuum's motor for floor and surface cleaning. Use this when the original cell no longer holds a useful charge.

  • VRR 60110 and VRR 60110 VW compatibility: Both variants run the same 10.8V motor rail with the same battery bay connector and BMS communication protocol. One cell fits both without any modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through repeated charge and discharge cycles on the VRR 60110 motor. The BMS handled overcurrent trips correctly on simulated blockage loads and returned to normal draw once the restriction was cleared.
  • Dock charging practice for the VRR 60110: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charging through the dock accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion packs. Charge to full, then remove it from the dock until the next use.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the VRR 60110

This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS allows under load — not because the cell is empty. A partially blocked filter or tangled brush roll forces the motor to pull harder, causing voltage to sag below the BMS threshold. The BMS then reduces output to protect the cell, and suction drops noticeably. Clean the filter and clear the brush roll before assuming the battery is at fault.

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction airflow is restricted — blocked filter, full dust cup, or jammed brush — the motor sustains a current draw above the pack's rated limit. The BMS trips and cuts power to protect the cells. After a short cool-down, it resets and the motor runs again. Empty the dust cup, clean or replace the filter, and the trip threshold drops back to normal operating range.

My Beko VRR 60110 loses suction well before the battery light shows low — is the new battery faulty?

Almost certainly not the battery. When the filter is partially blocked or the brush roll is restricted, the motor pulls more current than rated, and the BMS cuts output early to protect the cell — suction drops even though charge remains. Clean the filter thoroughly and clear any debris from the brush roll. Once airflow resistance returns to normal, the motor draws within spec and suction holds through a full charge cycle.

The vacuum cuts out after a minute of use on thick carpet, then starts again after sitting for a few seconds — what's causing this?

This is the BMS tripping on a sustained overcurrent draw. Heavy carpet increases motor load significantly, and if the filter is even partially restricted at the same time, current spikes above the pack's threshold and the BMS shuts output down. It resets automatically after a brief cool-down period. Replace or wash the filter, check the dust cup isn't full, and the cutout should stop — the pack's overcurrent threshold is around the 10.8V nominal rail.

My Beko VRR 60110 battery fades noticeably after only a few months — it charged fine at first but now barely lasts a fraction of the original time.

Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of fast capacity fade in these vacuums. Leaving the vacuum on the dock between every use means the BMS keeps the cell in a constant low-level charge state, which degrades Li-ion capacity faster than regular charge-discharge cycling. Charge the battery to full, remove the vacuum from the dock, and only return it to charge when the cell is depleted. Capacity loss from this pattern is permanent, but the replacement cell will hold capacity longer if kept off the dock.
