Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Haier TAB-T550WSC / TAB-T560H — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (FL2600)
This is a 14.8V 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Haier TAB-T550WSC and TAB-T560H cordless vacuum cleaners. It carries OEM part number FL2600 and slots into the same battery compartment as the original. When the factory cell stops holding a useful charge, this unit restores full cordless operation.
- TAB-T550WSC and TAB-T560H compatibility: Both models run the same 14.8V four-cell Li-ion architecture with an identical connector and BMS handshake protocol. One battery covers both vacuums without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through discharge cycles under simulated motor load and confirmed the BMS holds the 14.8V nominal rail without premature cutoff. Cell balance across all four Li-ion cells remained within spec at end of discharge.
- Dock charging practice for this vacuum: Do not leave the TAB-T550WSC or TAB-T560H sitting on the charging dock indefinitely. Cordless vacuums on continuous dock charge develop capacity fade significantly faster than those charged only when depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
This happens when the motor draws more current than rated due to a restricted airflow path — usually a partially blocked filter or full dustbin. The BMS reads the overcurrent spike as a low-cell condition and begins throttling power to the motor. The battery indicator does not reflect this because cell voltage has not actually fallen to the cutoff threshold. Clear the filter and empty the bin first; if suction recovers immediately, the battery is not the cause.
Motor cuts out briefly then restarts on its own
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is sustained against a blockage or heavy carpet pile, current draw spikes beyond the BMS protection threshold and the circuit opens. The BMS resets itself after a few seconds once the overcurrent condition clears, which is why the motor restarts without you touching anything. Check the filter for blockage, then run the vacuum on a clear hard floor — if the cutout stops, the filter was the cause. If cutouts continue on a clean filter, measure the resting cell voltage; it should read above 15.6V after a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Haier TAB-T560H has noticeably less suction than it did a few months ago even with a clean filter — is the battery fading?
Capacity fade is the likely cause if the vacuum is regularly left on the dock after charging. Continuous dock charging applies a low-level trickle current that degrades Li-ion cells faster than charge-and-remove cycling. A degraded cell delivers lower sustained voltage to the motor, which reduces suction even when the indicator shows full. Charge the replacement battery to full, remove it from the dock, and stop leaving the vacuum plugged in overnight.
The TAB-T550WSC powers on fine but cuts out under thick carpet and then comes back by itself — what's happening?
The BMS is tripping on an overcurrent spike caused by the motor working against restricted airflow or heavy pile resistance. It opens the circuit to protect the cells, then resets automatically once the spike clears — that's why the vacuum restarts without any button press. Clean the filter thoroughly and empty the dustbin before assuming the battery is faulty. If the cutout persists on a freshly cleaned filter at low-pile settings, check that resting voltage reads above 15.6V after a full charge.
The replacement FL2600 battery is fully charged but the vacuum won't recognise it — the charger light flashes and the vacuum doesn't respond.
Some chargers for these Haier vacuums require a specific BMS handshake on initial contact with a new cell. If the BMS went into deep protection during storage, the charger cannot initialise it through the normal charge routine. Connect the battery to the charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes without interruption — the BMS on a deeply discharged Li-ion pack can take time to wake from protection mode before the charger registers a valid cell. If the charger light stabilises and shows a normal charging state after that period, the pack is recovering normally; if it continues to flash with no change, verify the charger output sits between 16.4V and 16.8V with a multimeter.
