Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Xiaomi B105CN / OMNI 1S Cordless Vacuum — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (BRR-2P4S-5200S)
This 14.4V 5200mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Cleaner B105CN, OMNI 1S, B101CN, and compatible models sharing the BRR-2P4S-5200S specification. It fits the cordless handheld/stick form factor and restores full suction power to the motor drive circuit. Capacity is rated at 74.88Wh.
- B105CN / OMNI 1S platform fitment: These models share a common 4S2P cell configuration and the same BMS handshake protocol with the Xiaomi charging circuit. The connector pinout and voltage rail are identical across the listed variants, which is why one pack covers the full range.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through the Xiaomi motor controller at full suction load. The BMS held the 14.4V nominal rail without tripping on sustained draw, and cell balancing across the 4S arrangement stayed within 20mV across a full discharge cycle.
- Dock charging behaviour on this vacuum: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock continuously. The Xiaomi dock does not cut trickle current reliably once the pack is full. Remove the vacuum from the dock when the charge indicator shows complete — leaving it docked between every use accelerates capacity fade on this cell chemistry.
Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low
This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS expects — usually caused by a partially blocked filter or bin, not a failing battery. A restricted airpath forces the motor to work harder, pulling current above the BMS overcurrent threshold at a pack voltage that still reads mid-range. The BMS reads a voltage sag under that elevated load and throttles output early. Clean the filter and empty the bin first, then retest. If suction holds at full power longer, the battery was fine — the airpath restriction was the cause.
Motor cuts out mid-use then recovers after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When sustained suction against a blockage — carpet pile, a lodged debris piece, or a clogged cyclone — pushes instantaneous draw past the BMS threshold, the pack disconnects the output rail to protect the cells. The BMS resets itself after a few seconds once current demand drops. Clear any blockage, check that the cyclone and filter are unobstructed, and restart. If the cutout repeats on an unobstructed vacuum, measure pack voltage at rest — it should read at or above 16.0V on a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my Xiaomi OMNI 1S lose suction strength even though the battery indicator still shows plenty of charge?
A partially blocked filter is the most common cause. When airflow is restricted, the motor pulls more current than rated, the pack voltage sags under that load, and the motor controller reduces power — even though the indicator still reads mid-level. Clean the filter and cyclone, empty the bin, and retest at full suction. If the problem clears, the battery was not the issue; the airpath was.
My Xiaomi B105CN won't charge after fitting the new battery — the dock light just blinks and stops.
The Xiaomi charging circuit checks for a valid BMS handshake before delivering current. If the dock light blinks then stops, reseat the battery pack firmly — a loose connector interrupts the communication line. Try a direct wall charge if your model supports it. If the dock still refuses to charge, verify the charger output with a multimeter; it should read between 16.8V and 17V DC before the pack is connected.
The replacement battery seems to run out much faster than the original did when it was new — what's happening?
Short runtime compared to spec is almost always a filter restriction issue on these vacuums. A clogged filter forces the motor to draw above its rated current the entire time it runs, burning through the pack faster than the 5200mAh rating assumes. Wash the filter, let it dry fully — at least 24 hours — and retest. If runtime improves significantly, the filter was the cause. If runtime is still short after a clean filter and two full charge cycles, the pack may need conditioning: discharge fully under load and charge to 100% twice before measuring again.
