ROBIT H600 — 11.1V Li-ion Replacement Battery (H600-C409-A)

This is a 11.1V, 2200mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the ROBIT H600 cordless handheld vacuum cleaner. It uses OEM part number H600-C409-A and slots directly into the H600 battery compartment. When the original cell degrades and suction weakens well before the indicator reaches low, this replacement restores full motor voltage.

• H600 motor compatibility: The H600 vacuum motor runs off an 11.1V three-cell Li-ion pack. Voltage, connector pinout, and BMS communication all match the original configuration — the charger handshake completes normally and the motor controller receives the expected voltage rail.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge and discharge cycles on the H600 platform. The BMS held cutoff thresholds correctly, the protection circuit tripped cleanly on simulated overcurrent, and capacity measured within expected range of the rated 2200mAh.
• Dock charging practice on the H600: Do not leave the H600 sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charge degrades Li-ion cell capacity faster than regular charge-and-remove cycles. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next use.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the H600

Li-ion cells lose voltage under load before the open-circuit voltage drops enough to trigger the indicator. On the H600, a partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw above rated current, which causes a steeper voltage sag under load. That sag reads to the motor controller as a weak battery even when state-of-charge is still relatively high. Clear the filter first — if suction restores after cleaning the filter, the battery is not the cause.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and recovering after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a failed motor. When the filter restricts airflow, the motor spins against resistance and draws a sustained current spike above the BMS threshold. The protection circuit cuts power to prevent cell damage, then resets after the pack cools slightly. Remove and clean the filter — if the cut-out stops, the restriction was the trigger. If it continues with a clean filter on a new battery, check that the charger fully completed the last charge cycle to 12.6V before use.
