This is a 14.4V Li-ion replacement battery rated at 6700mAh (96.48Wh), built to the SRX 9301 specification. It fits the Sencor SRV 9385WH and SRV 9350WH cordless stick vacuums. When the original cell degrades after repeated charge cycles, suction power drops noticeably — this cell restores full motor voltage to the cleaning head.

• SRV 9385WH and SRV 9350WH compatibility: Both models run the same 14.4V rail, share the SRX 9301 connector pinout, and use the same BMS handshake with the Sencor charger. One cell covers both.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this battery through load tests replicating carpet and hard-floor motor draw. The BMS held voltage under sustained suction load and tripped correctly on overcurrent — no false cutoffs at normal operating current.

If sag continues on a clean filter, the original cell has lost enough internal capacity that resting voltage no longer reflects true charge state.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a charger or connection fault. Sustained restricted airflow — blocked filter, clogged brush roll, or pinched hose — forces the motor to draw current beyond the BMS threshold. The BMS trips to protect the cell, cuts power, and resets once current demand drops. Clearing the restriction stops the trip cycle. If the motor cuts out even on an unblocked, clean machine, confirm open-circuit voltage on the replacement cell reads at least 14.4V before fitting.
