Fits Solac Lucid i10 and AA3402 cordless vacuums; replaces OEM battery pack.
14.4V and 2600mAh capacity delivers full motor power on carpet and bare floors.
Battery slides into the charging dock with a push-fit connector and locks flush.
We ran full discharge cycles on a Lucid i10 platform; BMS held voltage steady until final minutes, then cut cleanly.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock after reaching full charge — continuous trickle charging degrades capacity faster than removing it when depleted.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Solac Lucid i10 / AA3402 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion battery pack replaces the original cell in the Solac Lucid i10 and AA3402 cordless stick vacuums. It delivers the same voltage and capacity as the factory unit. Dimensions are 69.50 × 37.00 × 37.00mm — verify these against your existing pack before ordering.

  • Lucid i10 and AA3402 compatibility: Both models run the same 14.4V battery rail with an identical connector and BMS handshake. One pack covers either unit — the BMS on both accepts the same charge profile from the Solac wall adapter.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full charge and discharge passes on a Lucid i10 unit. The BMS held within spec on both the charge cutoff and the low-voltage protection trip. No thermal events were recorded during testing.
  • Dock charging habit on cordless vacuums: Do not leave the Lucid i10 sitting on the charging dock indefinitely between uses. Continuous trickle charging is the fastest way to degrade Li-ion cell capacity on this type of vacuum. Charge to full, remove from the dock, and store off-charge.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator shows low

A partially blocked filter forces the Lucid i10 motor to draw harder than rated current to maintain airflow. The BMS detects the overcurrent condition and steps back motor power before the battery voltage has actually dropped to the low threshold. The battery indicator still shows charge remaining, but suction is already reduced. Clean or replace the filter first — if suction recovers, the battery is not the cause.

Motor cuts out briefly then restarts during use

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a flat battery. It happens when the motor hits a sustained restriction — a blockage in the nozzle or a clogged filter — and current draw spikes beyond the BMS protection threshold. The BMS cuts power momentarily, then resets once current drops back into range. Clear any blockage, check the filter, and confirm the pack voltage reads at least 14.4V on a multimeter before assuming the battery is at fault.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Solac Lucid i10 battery fades noticeably after only a few months — is that normal?

It is not normal degradation — it is almost always caused by leaving the vacuum on the charging dock continuously. Cordless vacuums kept on permanent dock charge receive a constant low-level current that damages Li-ion cells faster than regular charge cycles do. Once capacity drops this way, it does not recover. Charge the new pack fully, then remove it from the dock and store the vacuum off-charge between uses.

The Lucid i10 loses suction quickly even with a fresh battery — what is causing it?

A restricted filter makes the motor draw more current than rated to maintain suction, so the BMS throttles motor power early even though the battery still has capacity remaining. The battery is not the problem — the motor is working too hard against an airflow restriction. Clean or replace the filter and check the nozzle for blockages. If suction returns to normal after clearing the restriction, the battery pack is fine.

My replacement battery is not charging on the Solac Lucid i10 dock — the charger light stays off or blinks incorrectly.

Some Solac chargers verify a BMS handshake before starting the charge cycle — if the replacement pack's BMS does not respond correctly, the charger will not initiate. First, seat the pack firmly and confirm the contacts are clean and making full contact. If the charger still does not respond, use a multimeter to check the pack output terminals — a healthy 14.4V Li-ion pack at rest should read between 12.5V and 16.8V. A reading below 12.5V means the BMS has entered deep-discharge lockout and the pack will need a brief boost charge on a compatible Li-ion charger before the dock will accept it.
