This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion battery for the Neatsvor X500, G30, G20, and R500 cordless vacuum cleaners. These models share the same voltage rail, connector format, and BMS communication protocol. Capacity is sourced from product data at 2600mAh (37.44Wh).
- X500, G30, G20, R500 platform: These four models run the same 14.4V motor drive circuit and use an identical battery housing with the same latch geometry and contact arrangement. The BMS in each unit expects the same handshake sequence, so one cell fits all four without modification.

If trips continue on an unobstructed vacuum, measure resting cell voltage; anything below 14.0V on a charged pack signals a degraded cell.
