This is a 14.4V 4500mAh Li-ion battery pack for the Viomi V3 cordless stick vacuum. It replaces OEM part number 5465V202 and fits the V3 platform directly. Voltage and cell count match the original pack so the vacuum's motor controller sees no difference.

• V3 platform fit: The V3 uses a 14.4V nominal rail with a specific BMS handshake for charge acceptance and low-voltage cutoff. This pack runs the same cell configuration and communicates with the V3 charger the same way the factory pack does.

A degraded or partially charged pack makes this worse because the cells have less headroom before voltage sag hits the motor controller's minimum threshold. Clean the filter and check the brush head for blockage first — if suction recovers immediately, the pack is fine and the restriction was the cause.

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When sustained suction restriction forces the motor to draw above the BMS's current limit — typically triggered by a clogged filter or jammed brush roll — the BMS cuts power to protect the cells. After a few seconds the BMS resets and the motor restarts. The fix is not a new battery. Clear the filter, remove any hair or debris wrapped around the brush roll, and the trip threshold won't be reached under normal load. If the cutout continues on a clean, unobstructed vacuum, check that cell voltage at rest reads above 12.0V before concluding the pack is faulty.
