Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Xiaomi Mijia 1C / K10 Series — 25.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (MJWXCQ04ZM)
This is a 25.2V 2500mAh (63Wh) Li-ion battery for the Xiaomi Mijia 1C cordless stick vacuum cleaner. It also fits the Mijia 1C Lite, K10, and SCWXCQ02ZHM. Swap it in when the original pack no longer holds enough charge to complete a cleaning session.
- Mijia 1C and K10 platform fit: These models share the same 25.2V bus, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol. One battery pack covers the full compatibility list without any adapter or modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full charge and discharge on a Mijia 1C unit. The BMS reported cell balance correctly across all stages and the motor controller accepted the pack without fault codes.
- Dock charging habit for stick vacuums: Do not leave the Mijia 1C sitting on the wall dock permanently. Cordless stick vacuums on continuous dock charge develop capacity fade significantly faster than those charged only when the pack is depleted. Charge to full, then remove it from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
This happens when the motor is working harder than normal — usually a partially blocked filter or a restricted airpath. The motor draws more current than rated, which causes the battery voltage to sag under load even when the pack is still largely charged. The BMS interprets this as a cell stress condition and backs off power delivery. Clean or replace the HEPA filter first, then retest suction at full charge.
Motor cuts out mid-clean then restarts after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted airflow forces the motor to spike well above its normal draw, and the BMS trips the output to protect the cells. The pack resets itself after the thermal and current conditions normalise — typically within a few seconds. Check the brush roll for hair wrap and the filter for blockage before concluding the battery is at fault. If the pack is fully charged and trips repeat on a clear airpath, verify pack voltage at the terminals — it should read 25.2V at full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Mijia 1C loses strong suction halfway through cleaning but the battery indicator still shows plenty of charge — what's happening?
A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than its rated load, causing the battery voltage to sag under that extra demand even when the pack is not depleted. The vacuum's motor controller interprets that voltage sag as low power and reduces suction output. Remove and clean the HEPA filter, clear any brush-roll blockage, then recharge to full and retest. Most cases resolve at the filter — not the battery.
The motor on my Mijia 1C cuts out for a few seconds then kicks back in on its own — is the replacement battery tripping?
This is a BMS overcurrent protection trip triggered by sustained high motor draw, usually from restricted airflow rather than a battery fault. When suction is blocked — packed filter, tangled brush roll, or a sealed nozzle — the motor current spikes, the BMS cuts output to protect the cells, then resets once current drops. Clear the filter and brush roll completely, then run the vacuum again. If trips continue on a fully clear airpath with the pack reading 25.2V at the terminals, the motor controller may need inspection.
This replacement battery charges fine but the vacuum seems to run out of usable charge much faster than the original did when it was new — what causes that?
Leaving a cordless stick vacuum on the wall dock continuously after it reaches full charge applies a slow trickle that degrades cell capacity over time — this is one of the fastest ways to shorten a Li-ion pack's usable life. If the previous battery lived on the dock permanently, the habit that killed it will affect this one the same way. Charge the new pack only when the vacuum needs it, then remove it from the dock once it reads full. Capacity on a properly cycled pack should remain stable well into its service life.
