Fits BlueParrott VXI B350-XT wireless headset, replaces OEM part number PL602030.
3.7V, 300mAh lithium-polymer cell delivers the rated capacity for full talk-time cycles on this DECT platform.
Connector slides into the battery slot with positive terminal facing the spring contact; locking tab seats flush against the housing wall.
We bench-tested this cell in the B350-XT base station—BMS initialized on first charge cycle, voltage held steady under sustained call draw.
On first use, charge the headset in the base station for one full cycle before taking calls; DECT bases require the handshake to log the new cell before talk-time performance stabilizes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

BlueParrott VXI B350-XT — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (PL602030)

This is a 3.7V, 300mAh lithium-polymer cell for the BlueParrott VXI B350-XT wireless Bluetooth headset. It replaces part number PL602030 when the original cell no longer holds a charge. Dimensions are 30.50 × 20.20 × 6.10mm — confirm your existing cell matches before fitting.

  • VXI B350-XT platform fit: The B350-XT uses a single-cell Li-Polymer pack at 3.7V nominal. The connector pinout and BMS handshake are specific to this housing — the base station monitors cell voltage through the dock contacts to display charge state accurately.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the B350-XT platform. The BMS accepted the new pack without error, and the base station displayed charge state correctly after the first full charge cycle completed.
  • First-cycle base station logging: On first use, seat the headset in the base station and allow a full, uninterrupted charge cycle before making a call. The base logs the new cell during that first cycle — skipping it causes the talk-time estimate to read inaccurately for the first few uses.

Talk time shorter than expected on the first few cycles

A fresh Li-Polymer cell does not deliver full capacity immediately. The B350-XT draws current across two loads simultaneously — the audio amplifier and the Bluetooth radio — so any shortfall in cell capacity shows up quickly during calls. Capacity climbs incrementally over three to five full charge-discharge cycles as the cell conditions. After cycle five, measured capacity at the cell terminals should reach close to the rated 300mAh.

Base station showing full charge but headset cuts off after short use

This happens when the replacement cell arrives at storage voltage — typically around 3.6V — and the base misreads it as already charged. The BMS has not completed a full charge cycle, so the cell is not actually at capacity. Remove the headset, leave the base powered on, reseat the headset, and wait for the charge indicator to cycle through a complete charge sequence from start to full. Once that first full cycle finishes, the cutoff issue resolves.

Frequently Asked Questions

My B350-XT cuts out mid-call even though the base showed it was fully charged — what's happening?

The combined draw of the Bluetooth radio and audio amplifier causes a momentary voltage sag that trips the BMS if the cell hasn't been properly conditioned. This is separate from overall talk time — it's a peak-draw cutoff, not gradual discharge. Run three to five full charge-discharge cycles through the base station first. After conditioning, the cell handles the combined load without dropping below the BMS cutoff threshold of approximately 3.0V.

The base station is flashing a charge error after I fitted the new battery — how do I clear it?

A charge error after fitting a new pack usually means the BMS handshake between the cell and the base dock contacts hasn't completed. Remove the headset from the base, wait 10 seconds, then reseat it firmly — the dock contacts need clean contact to initialise the new cell. If the error persists, wipe the dock contacts and the headset charge pins with a dry cloth and reseat again. The error clears once the base completes the first handshake and begins drawing charge current.

The headset gets noticeably warm during long calls — is that a problem with the new battery?

The B350-XT housing is compact, and the cell sits close to both the Bluetooth module and the speaker driver. During extended calls, sustained combined draw in that small space generates heat at the cell surface — this is expected behaviour, not a fault. If the headset becomes too hot to hold comfortably against your ear, end the call and let it cool for five minutes before continuing. Normal operating temperature at the cell surface stays below 45°C under typical call loads.
