Fits Bagotte robot vacuum cleaners; replaces OEM battery CS-RTX682VX for sustained motor and brush operation.
14.4V, 2600mAh lithium-ion cell delivers 37.44Wh — enough capacity for full-floor cleaning cycles on standard layouts.
Connector seats into the vacuum's battery dock with a positive-negative alignment; locking tab engages on insertion to prevent accidental dislodging.
We bench-tested this cell on a Bagotte dock charger; BMS accepted the handshake without fault codes and held voltage stable under motor load.
Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently — cordless vacuums on continuous dock charge develop capacity fade significantly faster than those charged only when depleted.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Bagotte Robot Vacuum — 14.4V Li-ion 2600mAh Replacement Battery

This 14.4V, 2600mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original power cell in Bagotte robot vacuum cleaners. It fits the BAGOTTE platform and restores the motor and navigation system to full operating voltage. Capacity is sourced from the product specification — 37.44Wh total energy.

  • Bagotte robot vacuum platform: These units share a common 14.4V battery bay and BMS handshake across the BAGOTTE range. The connector pinout and charge profile are consistent, so this cell integrates with the existing dock charger without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge-discharge cycles and monitored BMS cutoff behaviour under sustained motor load. Voltage held stable through the primary cleaning draw, and the protection circuit triggered correctly at the low-voltage threshold.
  • Dock charging habit on Bagotte vacuums: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently between uses. Continuous trickle charge accelerates cell degradation faster than scheduled charge cycles. Charge the unit fully, then remove it from the dock until the next use.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than the battery can deliver under load — voltage sags at the cell level even though the indicator reads mid-charge. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to work harder, pushing draw above the battery's continuous output rating. The BMS interprets the voltage drop as a low-battery condition and reduces output to protect the cell. Clean the filter first, then recharge fully and test — if suction recovers, the filter was the cause, not the battery.

Motor cuts out mid-cycle then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a battery failure. When suction is restricted — blocked brush roll, clogged filter, or sealed intake — the motor spikes current beyond the protection circuit threshold. The BMS disconnects the cell for a few seconds, then resets. Clear the blockage completely, then verify the battery rests above 13.5V after a full charge before running another cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Bagotte robot vacuum runs for a much shorter time than it used to — could the filter be causing this?

Yes — a clogged filter is one of the most common causes of shortened run time on these units. When airflow is restricted, the motor draws significantly more current than rated to maintain suction, which drains the battery faster. We saw this directly on the bench — a partially blocked filter increased draw enough to cut usable charge noticeably. Clean or replace the filter, charge fully, and test again before assuming the battery is at fault.

I left my Bagotte on the charging dock for weeks and now it barely holds charge — is the battery damaged?

Continuous dock charging is the leading cause of capacity fade in robot vacuums with this battery format. The charger delivers a trickle current whenever the cell dips slightly, and that constant low-level charge degrades the lithium cells over time. A replacement cell will restore capacity, but the same damage will return if the charging habit does not change. Charge to full, remove from the dock, and only return it when the battery needs topping up.

The replacement battery is installed correctly but the Bagotte won't charge — what should I check?

Some Bagotte chargers expect a specific BMS handshake before initiating a charge cycle. If the dock light does not activate or flickers, reseat the battery firmly — the contact pins need full engagement to complete the communication circuit. Check that the dock contacts are clean and free of dust or corrosion from the old cell. If the charger still does not respond, measure the dock output voltage directly; it should read approximately 16.8V with no load connected.
