Fits Callstel BFX-300 car speaker; replaces OEM part number TM533443 1S1P.
3.7V, 900mAh lithium-ion cell delivers 3.33Wh to restore full speaker output and Bluetooth runtime.
Connector slides into the BFX-300 battery slot with a single-tab locking mechanism; polarity marked on housing.
We bench-tested this cell with the BFX-300's Class D amplifier stage — BMS accepted the initial charge cycle without fault signals.
Run the speaker at 60% volume for the first charge cycle; high volume on a new cell draws peak current before conditioning and can trigger early BMS protection.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Callstel BFX-300 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (TM533443 1S1P)

This 3.7V, 900mAh Li-ion cell replaces the original battery in the Callstel BFX-300 portable car speaker. The TM533443 1S1P matches the factory cell's footprint at 46.20 × 34.14 × 5.68mm. When the BFX-300 no longer powers on or drops off early under load, this is the direct swap.

  • BFX-300 fit: The BFX-300 runs a single-cell 3.7V architecture — one cell, one protection circuit. Any cell going into this speaker must match that 1S1P configuration. A mismatched cell trips the onboard BMS at startup and the speaker will not initialise.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on a BFX-300 unit, monitoring BMS handshake and cutoff behaviour. The protection circuit engaged correctly at low-voltage threshold and accepted charge from the factory USB input without fault.
  • First-cycle volume control: Run the BFX-300 at no more than 60% volume during the first full charge cycle. High-volume bass draws peak current before the new cell is conditioned, and the BMS can trigger early protection cutoff — leaving the speaker appearing dead before the cell is even warm.

Why the BFX-300 loses bass depth at high volume on a fresh battery

Sub-bass frequencies demand short, sharp current spikes from the cell. A 900mAh 1S1P cell has a finite discharge rate, and at high volume those spikes pull the cell voltage below the amplifier's stable operating window. The result is audible bass rolloff — not a speaker fault, but a voltage sag event. This is most noticeable on tracks with sustained low-frequency content. Keeping volume under 75% on a new cell reduces sag until the cell has completed a few full cycles.

BFX-300 speaker cuts out completely before the battery indicator shows low

The BMS protection circuit responds to instantaneous voltage drop, not average charge level. At high amplifier draw, the cell can dip below the BMS cutoff threshold — around 2.75V — even when the displayed charge reads mid-level. The speaker shuts off abruptly as protection trips. To recover, disconnect the USB charge cable, wait 10 seconds, and reconnect — this resets the BMS and allows the cell voltage to recover before restart.

Frequently Asked Questions

My BFX-300 speaker plays fine at low volume but the bass goes flat when I turn it up — is that the battery?

Yes, this is a voltage sag issue at the cell level. Sub-bass frequencies pull short current spikes that drop the cell below the amplifier's clean operating voltage, and the low-frequency output collapses first. It is most common on cells that have not completed several full charge cycles yet. Run the speaker at 60–70% volume for the first two or three cycles and the cell's internal resistance will stabilise.

The BFX-300 shuts off suddenly at high volume but the battery still shows charge — why?

The BMS is cutting off on instantaneous voltage drop, not on overall charge level. At peak amplifier draw, the cell voltage spikes below the protection threshold — typically around 2.75V — even if average charge reads mid-level. The speaker cuts out as a protection response. Wait 10 seconds after it shuts off, then reconnect power; this gives the cell voltage time to recover and resets the BMS so the speaker can restart.

My BFX-300 feels warm on the outside after playing for a while — is that normal or a battery problem?

Some external warmth is expected. The amplifier in a compact speaker like the BFX-300 runs with limited thermal mass, so efficiency losses from both the amplifier stage and the discharging cell generate heat that transfers to the enclosure. If the speaker becomes hot to the touch rather than warm, reduce volume and check that the USB charge port is not connected during playback — charging and discharging simultaneously increases heat output significantly. Normal operating warmth stays well below 40°C on the outer casing.
