Fits Custom Battery Pack 2ICP/10/30/44 2S1P lithium-ion cells; OEM part number 2ICP/10/30/44 replaces original degraded pack.
Outputs 7.4V nominal at 600mAh capacity for 4.44Wh total energy; voltage and capacity match OEM spec for original device runtime.
Connector type and orientation match OEM housing; locking tabs and slot geometry confirmed against original pack shell.
We bench tested the BMS under full discharge load; cell balancing held within 20mV across the 2S configuration on first cycle.
After installation, run one complete charge-discharge cycle before relying on any fuel gauge reading — the pack's integrated charge IC requires calibration against new cells.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Pack 2ICP/10/30/44 2S1P — 7.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 7.4V, 600mAh Li-ion replacement pack built in a 2S1P configuration — two cells in series. It measures 43.60 × 30.80 × 10.72mm and is intended as a direct swap for devices originally using the 2ICP/10/30/44 2S1P cell assembly. Match dimensions and connector orientation before installing.

  • 2S1P cell configuration: Two cells wired in series produce the 7.4V nominal rail. The single parallel path means total capacity equals one cell — 600mAh. Any host device BMS calibrated to the original pack will expect this exact voltage window: roughly 6.0V discharged to 8.4V fully charged.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on a cell analyser. The BMS protection triggered correctly at low-voltage cutoff, and capacity measured within 5% of the 600mAh rating after the first conditioning cycle.
  • First-cycle calibration: Devices with an integrated fuel gauge read cell history to estimate state of charge. After swapping this pack in, run one complete charge-to-discharge cycle before trusting the capacity indicator — the gauge needs to profile the new cells to give accurate readings.

Pack running below 7.4V on arrival — what's normal and what isn't

Replacement packs ship at storage voltage, typically 3.7–3.8V per cell, which puts the 2S1P pack between 7.4V and 7.6V open circuit. That is not a fault. The pack has not been pre-charged to full. Charge it fully before first use — the charger will bring it to 8.4V. If the pack reads below 6.0V on arrival, the BMS may have tripped into deep-discharge lockout and will need a wake-up charge from a compatible charger.

Device rejecting the pack after installation

Some host devices run a voltage-range check or a BMS handshake on power-up before accepting a new pack. If the device powers off immediately or shows no response, the pack voltage at swap time may be too low to pass that check. Connect the charger first and bring the pack to at least 7.8V, then insert it into the device. If the device still rejects it, power cycle the host unit once with the pack seated and charger connected.

Frequently Asked Questions

The pack arrived and my device won't turn on — is the battery dead?

No. The pack ships at storage voltage, not full charge, and some devices reject a pack that sits below their minimum startup threshold. Connect the charger before powering on the device and let it charge to at least 7.8V. Once voltage is in range, the device should accept it and boot normally.

My device shows the battery as full immediately after I installed the pack, but it cuts out much sooner than expected — why?

The onboard fuel gauge is still calibrated to the old cell's charge curve. It has no data on the new pack yet, so it misreports state of charge. Run one complete charge cycle from full charge down to the device's low-battery cutoff, then charge fully again. After that single cycle, the gauge recalibrates against the new cells and readings become accurate.

The pack gets warm during its first charge — is that a problem?

Mild warmth on the first charge is normal. New cells have slightly higher internal resistance before conditioning, which generates a small amount of heat as the charge current flows. If the pack becomes hot to the touch or the charger cuts off early, remove it and check that charger output voltage matches the 8.4V maximum for a 2S Li-ion pack. A correctly matched charger will bring surface temperature back to normal from the second cycle onward.
