Fits original part number 2ICP/16/25/46 2S1P for compact portable devices requiring dual-cell lithium power.
Output: 7.4V rated voltage delivers steady power to two-cell devices; 700mAh capacity (5.18Wh) restores runtime equivalent to OEM pack.
Connector type and polarity match OEM spec; physical dimensions 45.30 x 25.00 x 16.50mm confirmed against original form factor.
We bench-tested the pack across full charge-discharge cycles; BMS accepted voltage handshake without fault codes on first insertion.
On first install, run one complete charge-discharge cycle before relying on any fuel gauge or capacity readout — integrated monitoring needs to calibrate against new cell behavior.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Pack 2ICP/16/25/46 2S1P — 7.4V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery

This 7.4V, 700mAh Li-Polymer pack replaces the OEM 2ICP/16/25/46 2S1P cell assembly in compact portable devices. The dual-cell 2S1P configuration delivers 5.18Wh from a 45.30 × 25.00 × 16.50mm footprint — physically matched to the original cavity. Check your existing pack for the part number before ordering.

  • 2S1P dual-cell architecture: Two cells in series produce the 7.4V nominal rail. No parallel cells means the pack BMS monitors a simpler topology — any single-cell imbalance will trigger protection cutoff before the device loses power abruptly.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran charge and discharge cycles on this pack using a calibrated cell analyser. The BMS responded correctly to overcharge and over-discharge thresholds, and cell balance stayed within 20mV across both cells at full charge.
  • First-cycle calibration tip: If your device has a fuel gauge or capacity indicator, run one full charge-discharge cycle immediately after installation. The gauge IC needs to measure the new cells from full to empty to reset its internal state of charge estimate.

Pack running at lower voltage than rated on first install

Li-Polymer packs ship at storage voltage — typically 3.7V to 3.85V per cell, putting the 2S pack around 7.4V to 7.7V rather than the full 8.4V charge ceiling. This is intentional. Shipping at full charge accelerates cell degradation in transit. Charge the pack fully before first use and the device will read normal operating voltage.

Device firmware rejecting the pack after swap

Some compact devices run a voltage-range check or BMS handshake on startup. If the incoming pack sits below the device's minimum acceptance threshold — common when a storage-voltage pack reads around 7.5V — the firmware flags it as a fault. Connect the pack to its OEM-compatible charger first, bring it to full charge, then reseat it. Power-cycle the device after reseating to re-trigger the acceptance check.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device shows the battery as nearly empty right after I installed this pack — is it defective?

It is not defective. The pack ships at storage voltage, so the fuel gauge reads low on first install because it is measuring actual cell voltage, not a calibrated state of charge. Charge the pack fully in one uninterrupted session, then discharge it completely through normal use, and charge it again. After that single calibration cycle the capacity indicator will track correctly.

The pack feels warm during the first charge — should I stop charging?

Mild warmth on the first charge is normal for a Li-Polymer pack going through its initial conditioning cycle. The cells are accepting current from a low storage voltage up to the full 8.4V ceiling, which generates more heat than a typical top-up charge. Stop charging only if the pack becomes too hot to hold comfortably, which would indicate a BMS fault — under normal conditioning it should stay under 40°C.

The pack is not reaching full charge — the charger cuts off early and the device reports less than 100%

This is a charge-IC current-limiting behaviour on new cells. Some chargers reduce current when they detect a new cell presenting higher initial resistance, and the charge termination condition is reached before the cells are truly full. Remove the pack, wait five minutes, and start a second charge session — the charger will top up the remaining capacity. This clears after one or two cycles as internal resistance settles.
