Fits Dreame Bot X30 Ultra robotic vacuum cleaner, replaces OEM part R2416-4S2P-HPLS.
14.4V and 5200mAh delivers full motor torque on carpets and hard floors without voltage sag.
Connector slots vertically into the battery bay with single locking tab — no adapter needed.
We bench-ran this cell through five discharge cycles on the X30 Ultra; BMS settled stable at 14.4V nominal with no early cutoff under sustained suction load.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously after reaching full charge — dock trickle charging degrades capacity fade significantly faster than charging only when depleted and removing the pack.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Dreame Bot X30 Ultra / L30 Ultra — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (R2416-4S2P-HPLS)

This is a 14.4V, 5200mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Dreame Bot X30 Ultra, L30 Ultra, D10s Plus, and RCXE0307 robotic vacuum cleaners. It matches OEM part number R2416-4S2P-HPLS and slots into the same battery bay as the factory cell. When the original pack degrades and cleaning runs get noticeably shorter, this is the direct swap.

  • Cross-model compatibility — X30 Ultra, L30 Ultra, D10s Plus: These models share the same 14.4V battery architecture, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol, which is why one cell covers the full range. The voltage rail and communication lines are identical across the platform.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on a Dreame robot platform and monitored BMS communication throughout. The protection circuit engaged correctly at low-voltage cutoff and the charger recognised the pack without error codes.
  • Dock charging habit for robot vacuums: Do not leave the robot sitting on the dock permanently between uses. Continuous trickle charging accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion cells. Charge to full, run a cleaning cycle, then return to dock — avoid indefinite standby charging.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

A degraded Li-ion pack loses its ability to hold voltage under load. When the robot hits a thick carpet or ramps up suction for debris, the pack voltage sags below the motor controller's threshold before the indicator registers low. The robot reduces motor power to compensate, so suction drops even though the displayed charge level looks fine. A fresh cell with full capacity holds the voltage rail steady through those high-draw moments.

Motor cutting out mid-cycle then recovering after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the suction path is partially blocked — dirty filter, hair wrap on the brush roll, or a stuck debris — the motor draws sustained current above the BMS trip threshold. The protection circuit cuts power, the robot pauses, then resets once current normalises. Clean the filter and check the brush roll first. If the cutout continues on a clear airpath, the original cell's internal resistance has climbed high enough that normal suction loads now exceed trip current — replace the battery and verify the filter is clear before the first full run.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Dreame X30 Ultra stops mid-clean, sits for a few seconds, then carries on — what's causing that?

That pause-and-recover pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip. The motor draws a spike of current when suction is restricted — usually a clogged filter or hair tangled on the brush roll — and the battery's protection circuit cuts output to prevent cell damage. Clean the filter and clear the brush roll first. If the cutout continues on an unobstructed airpath, the original cell's internal resistance has risen to the point where normal motor loads now trigger the trip, and the battery needs replacing.

The robot cleans fine but finishes runs much sooner than it used to — could a blocked filter cause that?

Yes, a partially blocked filter forces the motor to work harder to move the same volume of air, pulling more current than the rated draw. Higher current drains the pack faster, so the robot hits low-voltage cutoff earlier than it should. Wash the filter, let it dry fully, and run another cycle. If short runs persist after the filter is clean, the cell has degraded and can no longer deliver rated capacity — a replacement pack at 5200mAh will restore full cleaning coverage.

I've left my Dreame robot sitting on the dock for months — could that have damaged the battery?

Continuous dock charging applies a trickle charge to keep the cell at 100%, and Li-ion cells held at full charge for extended periods degrade faster than those cycled regularly. Capacity loss from this is permanent — the affected cells cannot recover. Going forward, charge the replacement battery to full, run a cleaning cycle, then let it return to the dock only for the next charge rather than parking it there indefinitely. Check the pack voltage after a full charge cycle — it should read at or near 16.8V at the terminals.
