Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Eufy Mach V1 T2750 Wet & Dry — 22.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (T2750-6S1P)
This 22.2V 3800mAh lithium-ion battery pack replaces the original power cell in the Eufy Mach V1 T2750 Wet & Dry and T2750G11 cordless vacuum cleaners. It matches the OEM part number T2750-6S1P and slots into the same battery housing without modification. Capacity is 84.36Wh — identical to the factory specification.
- T2750 and T2750G11 compatibility: Both models run the same 22.2V six-cell series configuration and share the T2750-6S1P battery format. The connector, BMS handshake, and cell arrangement are identical across the T2750 and T2750G11 variants, so one battery covers both.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack on a T2750 unit under wet-pickup and dry-carpet loads. The BMS held stable across sustained high-draw passes and tripped correctly on deliberate blockage, then reset cleanly once airflow was restored.
- Dock charging habit on the T2750: Do not leave the Mach V1 sitting on the charging dock after the battery reaches full. Continuous dock contact keeps a trickle current through the cells and accelerates capacity fade. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next use.
Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low
The T2750 motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the dirty-water tank creates back-pressure. Under that restricted load, cell voltage sags early — the battery indicator still reads mid-range, but the motor is already starved. The BMS reads real-time voltage, not a fuel-gauge estimate, so a voltage sag under load looks different from a resting low-charge reading. Clean the filter and empty the dirty tank first; if suction recovers, the battery is not the cause.
Motor cuts out mid-session and then restarts on its own
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a battery failure. When the suction path is restricted — blocked nozzle, saturated filter, or full dirty tank — the motor pulls above the BMS current threshold and the pack disconnects to protect the cells. The trip resets automatically once the draw drops. Clear the blockage, wait ten seconds, then power the vacuum back on. If the cutout returns immediately on a clear nozzle, measure resting pack voltage; anything below 19V indicates a degraded cell that needs replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Eufy Mach V1 T2750 shows a full charge but suction drops off halfway through a clean — is the battery dying?
Not necessarily. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which pulls cell voltage down under load even when the resting charge reads full. Clean the filter and empty the dirty-water tank, then retest. If suction stays strong for a full session after that, the pack is fine — the filter was the bottleneck, not the battery.
The vacuum cuts out suddenly during wet pickup, then starts working again after a few seconds — what causes that?
That is a BMS overcurrent trip triggered by sustained high-draw under restricted airflow. Wet debris or a saturated filter raises motor load above the pack's current limit, so the BMS disconnects the cells to protect them, then resets once the draw falls. Check the dirty-water tank and filter before every wet-pickup session. If the cutout happens on a clear nozzle with a fresh filter, rest the pack for ten seconds and restart — if it trips again immediately, measure pack voltage at rest and replace if it reads below 19V.
My new T2750-6S1P replacement battery is fading much faster than expected after only a few months — what went wrong?
Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of early capacity fade in the T2750. When the vacuum sits on the dock after reaching full charge, the charger maintains a low trickle current through the cells, which degrades them over repeated cycles. Remove the vacuum from the dock as soon as the charge indicator shows full. Store the battery between 40–80% charge if the vacuum will not be used for more than two weeks.
