Fits Evolveo RoboTrex H11 robotic vacuum cleaners requiring 14.8V Li-ion replacement cells.
14.8V and 2200mAh capacity maintain full motor torque on carpets and hard floors throughout cleaning cycles.
Connector seats flush into the dock charging port with a single-tab locking mechanism; orientation is keyed.
We tested the BMS under sustained motor draw on carpet pile — cell held voltage steady with no early cutoff on blockage simulation.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously between uses; trickle charging degrades capacity faster than charge-to-full and removal cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Evolveo RoboTrex H11 — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.8V, 2200mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Evolveo RoboTrex H11 robotic vacuum cleaner. It slots into the H11's underside battery bay and restores power to the drive motors, brush roll, and suction fan. Capacity is 2200mAh (32.56Wh) — matched to the original specification.

  • RoboTrex H11 platform fit: The H11 runs a 14.8V four-cell Li-ion pack to power both the navigation controller and the cleaning motor from a single rail. This battery matches that voltage requirement and the physical bay dimensions — 70.19 x 37.17 x 36.96mm — so the pack seats correctly and the contacts align.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full discharge and recharge sequences, monitoring cell balance across all four cells. The BMS held charge termination cleanly and did not trip on motor start current.
  • Dock charging habit on the H11: Do not leave the H11 sitting on its dock continuously between uses. Robotic vacuums on permanent dock contact trickle-charge the pack constantly, which accelerates capacity fade on Li-ion cells. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next clean.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the H11

When the H11's suction fan motor hits a restricted airflow path — blocked filter or full dustbin — it draws more current than the rated load. The BMS reads this as a voltage sag event and throttles output before the battery indicator registers low. The result is weaker suction with what looks like a healthy charge remaining. Clean the filter and empty the bin first; if suction recovers immediately, the battery is not the cause.

H11 motor cutting out mid-clean and then restarting on its own

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is sustained against a blockage or a heavily loaded carpet, current spikes past the BMS protection threshold and the pack disconnects momentarily. The BMS resets automatically once current drops, which is why the unit restarts without intervention. Clear any brush roll tangle and check that the filter is not clogged — restricted airflow forces the motor to work harder and repeat the trip cycle. If the cutout continues on a clean filter with no blockage, measure pack voltage at rest; a healthy cell should read above 15.5V after a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

The RoboTrex H11 seems to lose suction halfway through a clean but the battery light still shows full — what's happening?

This is motor voltage sag under load, not a flat battery. A clogged filter or full dustbin forces the suction motor to draw more current than rated, which causes the pack to sag in output even though the charge indicator hasn't moved. Clean the filter and empty the bin — if suction returns straight away, the battery is fine. If the problem continues on a clear filter, check pack voltage after a full charge; it should sit at or above 15.5V.

My H11 cuts out for a few seconds mid-clean and then carries on by itself — is this a faulty battery?

Not necessarily. The BMS trips when current spikes past its protection threshold — this happens when the brush roll is tangled or the filter is heavily restricted and the motor strains against the blockage. The pack disconnects briefly and resets once current drops, which is why the unit restarts on its own. Clear the brush roll and inspect the filter before assuming a cell fault. If trips continue with everything clean and unblocked, the original battery's cells may be degraded and replacement is the next step.

The new battery seems to have noticeably less capacity than the H11 ran on when it was new — could the dock be causing this?

Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of premature capacity fade in robotic vacuums. When the H11 sits on its dock permanently, the charger trickle-charges the Li-ion pack constantly — even when cells are already full — and this wears down capacity faster than normal cycling would. Charge the pack to full, then lift the unit off the dock and store it away from the charger until the next use. Following this pattern from the start extends how long each charge lasts across the life of the battery.
