Fits HTC EVO 4G LTE, EVO One, and One XC smartphones — replaces OEM part numbers BJ75100, 35H00188-00M, 35H00188-00P, 35H00191-00M, BM35100, and 35H00197-04M.
This 3.8V, 2000mAh lithium-polymer cell restores full processor, display, and modem power on a degraded battery.
Connector slides into the internal battery slot with a locking tab — orientation matches the original pack contact alignment.
We charged this cell in an HTC charger dock and monitored BMS behavior through a full cycle without cutoff faults.
On first power-up after installation, run one complete discharge-to-full-charge cycle with screen on — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell curve before you resume daily use.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

HTC EVO 4G LTE / One XC — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BJ75100)

This is a 3.8V, 2000mAh Li-Polymer cell that fits the HTC EVO 4G LTE, EVO One, One XC, and X720d smartphones. It replaces OEM part numbers BJ75100, 35H00188-00M, 35H00188-00P, 35H00191-00M, BM35100, and 35H00197-04M. The cell measures 60.50 × 54.00 × 4.80 mm and slots directly into the original battery bay.

  • EVO 4G LTE and One XC platform fit: These models share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. One cell covers all listed variants because HTC used the same power rail and connector across this hardware generation.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through a full charge-discharge cycle on an EVO 4G LTE. The BMS accepted charge without fault flags, voltage held steady under display and modem load, and the fuel gauge IC began tracking within the first cycle.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installing this cell, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% uninterrupted. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before taking any high-current charge cycles. Skipping this step causes erratic percentage readings for days.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the EVO 4G LTE after a cell swap

This happens because the fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve. When the new cell hits a voltage point that the old curve mapped to 20–30%, the phone treats it as a safe-shutdown threshold and cuts power. The fix is one full discharge-to-shutdown followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100%. After that cycle, the coulomb counter resets against the actual new cell curve and the early shutdowns stop.

Phone won't power on after the replacement battery sat in storage

Li-Polymer cells self-discharge in storage. If the cell drops below approximately 2.5V, the BMS enters lockout mode and blocks charge current to prevent damage. The phone appears completely dead — no boot, no charge indicator. Connect to a wall adapter rather than a PC port, which supplies stable 5V at higher current. Leave it connected for 15–20 minutes without pressing the power button; the BMS needs sustained voltage to exit lockout before the phone can boot.

Frequently Asked Questions

My EVO 4G LTE shows 25% battery and then just dies — is the new cell faulty?

The cell is almost certainly fine. The fuel gauge IC calibrated itself against your old degraded cell's discharge curve, so it's calling a voltage cliff on the new cell as "25% remaining." Run one full discharge to automatic shutdown, then charge straight to 100% without interruption. After that single calibration cycle, the coulomb counter resets against the new cell and the sudden shutdowns stop.

Fast charging stopped working the first time I plugged in after swapping the battery — what's happening?

On first connection after a cell swap, the charge IC sometimes rejects the proprietary fast-charge handshake until it completes one standard charge cycle at baseline current. The BMS on a fresh cell presents higher impedance, which can cause the phone to fall back to standard 5V charging as a protective measure. Charge once fully at standard rate using the original wall adapter. Fast charging typically re-engages on the second cycle once the BMS impedance settles.

The phone gets noticeably warm near the battery while charging — is this a problem with the replacement cell?

Some warmth in the first few charge cycles on a new Li-Polymer cell is normal. The charge IC pushes current into a higher-impedance cell than it was previously calibrated for, which generates more heat than usual. If the phone becomes hot to the touch or the charge stops before 100%, that points to the charge IC throttling current due to thermal protection — in that case, charge in a cooler environment and avoid using the phone simultaneously. Normal warmth resolves after two to three full cycles as cell impedance drops.
