Fits Ingenico ROAM RP750X payment terminals, replacing OEM part number 1811024K1.
3.7V 450mAh Li-Polymer chemistry delivers sustained current for wireless transaction processing and receipt printing without mid-cycle shutdown.
Connector seats flat into the battery slot with a single locking tab — orientation marked on the terminal housing.
Bench test showed stable discharge curve under combined display and printer load; BMS accepted charge cycle without fault flags.
After installation, run one complete transaction cycle before live deployment — the terminal calibrates battery capacity during normal operation and requires full power cycling to display charge level accurately.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Ingenico ROAM RP750X — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (1811024K1)

This 3.7V 450mAh Li-Polymer battery replaces the original cell in the Ingenico ROAM RP750X mobile payment terminal. It matches OEM part numbers 1811024K1 and M35-402060-JD. The RP750X is a portable card reader used by merchants for wireless credit and debit processing.

  • ROAM RP750X platform fit: The RP750X uses a compact Li-Polymer cell in a specific 59 × 20 × 4mm form factor. The BMS on this terminal monitors both voltage and temperature. Any replacement cell must meet both the physical envelope and the voltage handshake — this cell does.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this battery through full boot, payment transaction sequences, and wireless pairing on the RP750X. The BMS accepted the cell without fault codes, and the charge indicator tracked correctly across discharge.
  • First deployment tip: After installation, complete one full transaction cycle before deploying in a live environment. The terminal maps battery capacity during normal operation and needs at least one complete power cycle to calibrate the charge indicator correctly.

Terminal not completing PCI boot sequence after battery swap

The RP750X runs a PCI-compliant boot sequence on every startup that includes a battery voltage check. A new cell sitting at storage charge — typically around 3.6V to 3.7V — can fall just below the threshold the terminal expects before it clears the security check. This causes the device to loop or freeze mid-boot. Plug into the charging dock immediately after installing the new battery and allow the terminal to charge to at least 3.85V before powering on independently. One full boot-charge cycle resolves this in almost every case.

RP750X not powering on after sitting unused in storage

Li-Polymer cells self-discharge at roughly 2–3% per month. An RP750X left in a drawer for several months can drop below 3.0V — the point where the BMS locks the cell to prevent further discharge damage. When you press the power button, nothing happens. Place the terminal on charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on. If the screen remains dark after 30 minutes, the dock charger is trickling current into the cell to recover it — leave it another hour before retrying.

Frequently Asked Questions

My RP750X reboots every time I tap to print a receipt — is the new battery causing this?

Yes, the receipt printer motor draws a short current spike that can trip the BMS overcurrent protection on a new cell that has not yet completed a full charge cycle. Charge the terminal to 100% before using it in a live environment. After one complete charge-discharge cycle, the BMS calibrates its overcurrent threshold to the cell and the mid-transaction reboot stops.

The battery indicator on my RP750X has been stuck at 99% since I installed the new battery — is it actually charging?

It is charging. The RP750X charge IC holds the new cell in top-off mode when it reads a full-capacity cell entering the final voltage band. The display rounds to 99% until the IC confirms a stable 4.2V across the cell and ends the charge cycle. Leave it on the dock for another 20–30 minutes and the indicator will step to 100% and the charge light will change state.

The RP750X feels noticeably warm during busy transaction periods — is the battery overheating?

During peak use the terminal runs the display, wireless radio, and printer simultaneously. That combined draw generates heat across both the cell and the processor, not just the battery. Warm to the touch is normal. If the terminal is hot enough to be uncomfortable to hold, move it off a closed countertop surface so airflow can reach the back panel, and check that the charge port is not blocked. The BMS will trigger a thermal cutoff above 60°C and the terminal will shut down to protect the cell.
