Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Konrow EASY K55 / Sweet 55 — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (AHB445573P)
This is a 3.8V, 2700mAh Li-Polymer battery for the Konrow EASY K55 and Sweet 55 smartphones. It replaces OEM part number AHB445573P. Fit this when the original cell has degraded and the phone no longer holds a useful charge through a normal day.
- EASY K55 and Sweet 55 shared platform: Both models run the same mainboard layout and draw from the same 3.8V cell footprint. The connector pinout and BMS handshake protocol are identical across both devices, so one cell covers both.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on compatible hardware. The BMS accepted charge without flagging faults, held voltage through load transitions, and terminated correctly at full capacity.
- Fuel gauge recalibration after installation: On first use after fitting this cell, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% uninterrupted. This gives the fuel gauge IC a full reference sweep of the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging begins.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Konrow EASY K55
This happens when the fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old, degraded cell's voltage curve. The new cell's actual voltage under screen and modem load drops faster than the IC expects at that state of charge, triggering a low-voltage shutdown before the percentage reaches zero. It is not a fault with the replacement cell. Run one full discharge cycle — let the phone shut itself off naturally — then charge to 100% without interruption. After that cycle, the fuel gauge tracks the new cell correctly and the early cutoffs stop.
Phone feels warm near the battery during the first charge after fitting
A freshly installed Li-Polymer cell has higher internal impedance than a cell that has been through several cycles. The charge IC pushes current into that higher resistance, which generates more heat than you would see with a broken-in cell. This is normal on the first one or two charges and decreases as the cell's impedance drops through early cycling. If the phone stays warm beyond the second charge or the back becomes hot to the touch, check that the cell connector is seated flat and fully clicked — a partial connection raises contact resistance further.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Konrow EASY K55 powers off by itself at around 25% after fitting the new battery — is the cell faulty?
The cell is not faulty. The fuel gauge IC inside the phone learned the old cell's voltage curve over hundreds of cycles, and it does not automatically reset when a new cell is installed. Under modem and screen load, the new cell's voltage dips at a point the IC reads as critically low, so it shuts the phone down early. Run one full uninterrupted discharge — let the phone cut off on its own — then charge straight to 100%. That single cycle gives the coulomb counter a clean reference sweep and the premature shutdowns stop.
Fast charging stopped working on my EASY K55 right after I replaced the battery — what happened?
On the first cycle after a cell swap, some charge controllers will not negotiate a fast-charge protocol until the BMS has completed at least one handshake at standard current. Plug the phone in with a standard 5V charger — not a fast-charge adapter — and let it charge fully once. On the next charge, reconnect your fast-charge adapter and check whether the phone warms up within the first few minutes, which indicates the protocol is now accepted. If fast charging still does not engage after two standard cycles, confirm the USB cable is data-capable, not a charge-only cable.
The battery percentage on my EASY K55 keeps jumping around erratically — sometimes it gains or loses 10% in seconds.
Erratic percentage jumps after a cell replacement mean the fuel gauge IC is actively recalibrating against a cell it has no history with. The IC is interpolating state-of-charge from a curve that no longer matches the installed cell, so it overcorrects as it collects new data. Do not rely on the percentage display for the first two to three full cycles. After three complete discharge-to-shutdown and charge-to-100% cycles, the coulomb counter stabilises and the displayed percentage tracks actual capacity within a few percent.
