Fits Gigaset GS80 smartphone; replaces OEM part V30145-K1310-X469.
3.7V, 1600mAh lithium-polymer cell delivers 5.92Wh to restore full charge cycles.
Connector slides into GS80 battery slot with flat orientation; no locking tab.
We ran a full discharge cycle on the GS80 platform; BMS accepted the cell without fault codes.
On first use, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates to this cell's discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Gigaset GS80 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (V30145-K1310-X469)

This is a 3.7V, 1600mAh Li-Polymer battery for the Gigaset GS80 smartphone. It replaces OEM part V30145-K1310-X469 directly. Fit the GS80 when the original cell no longer holds charge or causes unexpected shutdowns.

  • GS80 cell compatibility: The GS80 uses a single-cell Li-Polymer pack at 3.7V nominal. The BMS inside the phone manages charge termination and low-voltage cutoff against that specific voltage rail. Swapping a cell outside that spec trips the charge IC and prevents the phone from powering on.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on the GS80 platform. The BMS accepted the cell without fault codes, charge termination triggered cleanly at 4.2V, and the low-voltage cutoff engaged at the expected floor — no runaway charging observed.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-charge cycle at standard rate. The GS80's fuel gauge IC was calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve. Giving it one slow cycle before fast charging resumes lets the coulomb counter map the new cell accurately.

Why the GS80 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The GS80 uses a coulomb-counting fuel gauge IC that builds its charge model from previous cell data stored in memory. When you replace the cell, the IC still references the old discharge curve, so displayed percentage drifts from actual charge state. This shows up most visibly in the 40–70% range, where the old and new curves diverge most. One full discharge down to auto-shutdown followed by a complete charge to 100% at standard rate resets the learned curve and restores accurate reporting.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% remaining on the GS80

This happens when the cell voltage drops below the BMS cutoff threshold under load — typically when the modem transmits or the screen peaks brightness — even though the fuel gauge still shows charge remaining. A degraded or freshly fitted uncalibrated cell has a steeper voltage sag curve under high-draw events than the IC expects. The phone interprets the voltage collapse as empty and shuts down to protect the cell. Run the recalibration cycle described above; if shutdowns persist past two full cycles, check that the cell connector is fully seated and the terminal voltage at rest reads at least 3.7V before charging.

Frequently Asked Questions

The GS80 won't turn on at all after the new battery was installed — what's happening?

If the replacement cell sat in storage for a while before fitting, its resting voltage may have dropped below 2.5V, which triggers BMS lockout — the phone simply refuses to boot. Plug into a wall charger (not a USB port) and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything; the charge IC will trickle current into the cell until it crosses the recovery threshold. Once the charging indicator appears on screen, the BMS has released lockout and normal charging resumes. If no indicator appears after 45 minutes, measure the battery terminal voltage — it should read above 2.7V before the BMS will re-engage.

Fast charging stopped working after fitting the replacement cell in the GS80 — is that normal?

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the GS80's charge IC sometimes withholds fast-charge negotiation until it has profiled the new cell's internal impedance. We saw this on the bench — the phone charged at standard rate for the first full cycle, then accepted fast charge on the second. Complete one full standard-rate charge to 100% without interrupting it, then reconnect the charger; fast charging should re-engage automatically once the IC has logged the new cell's response curve.

The GS80 battery percentage keeps jumping around erratically — 60% one minute, then 45% the next.

Erratic percentage jumps are a fuel gauge IC symptom, not a cell fault. The coulomb counter lost its reference when the old cell was removed and is actively recalibrating against the new cell's discharge profile. Percentage instability is worst in the mid-range where the voltage curve is flattest. Discharge the phone fully until it shuts itself off, then charge uninterrupted to 100% at standard rate — after that single cycle the IC has enough data points to stabilise, and percentage reporting typically settles to within 2–3%.
