Fits Levoit LVAC-200 cordless stick vacuum; replaces OEM part LSV-V201B-WUS.
22.2V nominal output with 2500mAh capacity delivers consistent motor power through the full cleaning cycle.
Slide-lock connector seats into the battery housing with a firm downward motion until the tab clicks.
Tested on the Levoit dock charger — BMS accepted the charge profile without fault codes or cutoff cycling.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously after reaching full charge; trickle charging degrades capacity faster than discharge-then-charge cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Levoit LVAC-200 Cordless Stick Vacuum — 22.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (LSV-V201B-WUS)

This 22.2V 2500mAh (55.5Wh) lithium-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Levoit LVAC-200 cordless stick vacuum. It fits the LVAC-200 directly using the OEM part number LSV-V201B-WUS. The battery powers both the motor and brush roll across hard floors and carpets.

  • LVAC-200 platform fit: The LVAC-200 uses a 22.2V six-cell Li-ion pack with a BMS that monitors cell voltage and current draw from the motor and brush roll. Replacement packs must match this voltage rail and carry the correct BMS handshake — mismatched packs will not initialise and the vacuum will not power on.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles on the LVAC-200 motor platform. The BMS managed overcurrent events during simulated heavy carpet load without false tripping, and cell voltage stayed balanced across all six cells at end of discharge.
  • Dock charging habit on the LVAC-200: Do not leave the LVAC-200 sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charge after a full cell causes capacity fade faster than normal cycle wear. Charge to full, remove from the dock, and return it only when the battery is depleted.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

The LVAC-200 motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the brush roll is restricted. That elevated current draw causes voltage to sag under load even when cells still hold charge at rest. The BMS reads the sag as a low-power condition and throttles motor output — which shows up as weak suction well before the indicator warns you. Clean or replace the filter first. If suction recovers, the battery is not the fault.

Motor cutting out briefly then recovering mid-clean

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When sustained suction restriction forces the motor to pull beyond the pack's rated current ceiling, the BMS disconnects the output to protect the cells — then resets after a few seconds. It will keep happening if the restriction remains. Check the filter, the brush roll for hair wrap, and the inlet for blockage. Clear the restriction and the BMS will stop tripping; resting cell voltage should read above 20V if the pack itself is healthy.

Frequently Asked Questions

My LVAC-200 has weak suction but the battery indicator still shows half charge — is the battery dying?

Not necessarily. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which causes voltage to sag under load even when cells are not depleted. The vacuum reads that sag as low power and reduces motor output. Clean the filter thoroughly first — if suction comes back, the battery is fine. If suction stays weak after the filter is clear, check resting cell voltage; a healthy pack should sit above 21V off the charger.

My LVAC-200 keeps cutting out for a few seconds then starting again — what's causing it?

That stop-start pattern is the BMS tripping on overcurrent and resetting. It happens when the motor is forced to draw more than the pack's current limit due to a blockage or heavy debris load. The BMS cuts output to protect the cells, then re-enables after a short reset. Clear any blockage at the brush roll or inlet, replace the filter if it's clogged, and the trips will stop — the battery itself is not the cause.

My replacement LVAC-200 battery won't charge — the charger light just stays the same colour and nothing happens.

The LVAC-200 charger expects a BMS handshake from the pack before it begins charging. If the replacement pack's cells have dropped below the BMS recovery threshold after storage, the charger may not trigger. Try connecting the vacuum to the charger for 30 minutes without pressing power — some packs will accept a recovery trickle at that point. If the charger still does not respond, check that pack voltage is above 18V using a multimeter at the battery terminals; below that threshold the BMS may be in deep-discharge lockout.
