Fits Logisty S660-22e alarm panel and D51-31 series wireless sensors; replaces OEM S660-22e and BATLI11B cells.
3.7V, 90mAh Li-Polymer cell powers backup functions and wireless detector circuits on low-capacity alarm platforms.
Connector is soldered pad-style; cell sits flat in the battery slot with no mechanical locking tab.
We bench-tested this cell in a S660-22e panel simulator; BMS accepted charge within two hours and held stable float voltage.
Allow 24–48 hours on float charge before running panel diagnostics or zone tests, or low-battery faults may trigger incorrectly.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Logisty S660-22e / BATLI11B — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (S660-22e)

This is a 3.7V, 90mAh Li-Polymer cell that replaces the original battery in the Logisty S660-22e wireless alarm system component. It also fits the D51-31, D5130GB, and D5131GB detectors in the Logisty-Diagral-Hager range. Dimensions are 21.10 × 12.00 × 5.30mm — measure your existing cell before ordering if you are unsure.

  • S660-22e and D51-series compatibility: These detectors share the same battery bay geometry, 3.7V supply rail, and BMS handshake protocol. The S660-22e and BATLI11B part numbers reference the same physical cell spec, so one replacement covers the full model group listed above.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the alarm panel's float charge circuit. The BMS accepted the cell without fault codes, and the panel cleared its low-battery flag after the conditioning period completed.
  • Post-installation float charge window: Do not run a zone diagnostic test immediately after fitting this cell. Allow 24–48 hours on float charge first. The panel's BMS needs that window to fully accept the new cell — triggering a test too early will cause a false low-battery report on the panel display.

Alarm panel showing low battery hours after installing new cell

This is a BMS acceptance issue, not a fault with the cell itself. The panel's charge controller checks cell voltage against an internal threshold before it clears the low-battery flag. A new Li-Polymer cell at shipping charge — typically around 3.6–3.75V — sits just below the threshold the panel expects at full float. Leave the panel powered with mains supply for 24–48 hours. Once the cell reaches full float voltage (3.7V nominal under load), the low-battery warning clears on its own.

Alarm losing stored programming after a mains power outage

If the panel drops its zone programming during a mains failure, the backup battery has not yet been fully accepted by the panel's charge circuit. A freshly fitted cell needs 48 hours of continuous mains-on float charging before it can sustain the panel's memory retention voltage during an outage. During that conditioning window, a power cut will cause the panel to lose RAM-stored settings. Keep mains power uninterrupted for the full 48 hours after fitting, then confirm the panel holds programming by briefly switching to battery-only supply.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Logisty panel still shows low battery the morning after I fitted the new S660-22e cell — did I get a faulty one?

Almost certainly not a faulty cell. The panel's charge controller won't clear the low-battery flag until the Li-Polymer cell reaches full float voltage, and a cell at shipping state of charge doesn't hit that threshold immediately. Leave the panel on mains power for 24–48 hours without triggering any tests. The flag clears automatically once the cell reaches 3.7V under float conditions.

The siren didn't sound when I ran a walk-test right after replacing the battery in my D5131GB detector — is the detector faulty?

The siren suppression is intentional. After a fresh cell is fitted, the panel holds siren output for 30–60 seconds while the charge circuit stabilises the new cell's voltage. Running a walk-test inside that window shows a silent response, which looks like a fault but isn't. Wait at least two minutes after closing the detector lid, then re-run the walk-test — the siren should trigger normally.

My Logisty alarm keeps reporting a tamper fault every time I replace the battery in the D5130GB — what's causing it?

A tamper fault after a cell swap almost always means the detector lid or back cover isn't fully seated. The tamper switch on these detectors is a small spring contact that requires firm, even pressure across the full cover edge to close the circuit. Check that no part of the gasket or cell tab is caught between the cover and the housing. Press the cover firmly until you hear or feel it click at all four corners, then confirm the tamper fault clears on the panel.
