When the H11 sustains a blocked airflow path — packed filter, stuck debris at the brush roll — current draw spikes past the BMS protection threshold and the battery shuts off the output. After 30–60 seconds the BMS resets and power returns. The fix is not the battery. Clean or replace the HEPA filter, clear the brush roll, and confirm there are no obstructions in the wand. If the trip stops happening after clearing the restriction, the battery is functioning correctly.
