Fits Oppo A57 and A57 Dual SIM models, replacing OEM battery part number BLP619.
3.85V and 2800mAh Li-Polymer chemistry sustains the processor, display, and modem through a full day.
Connector slides straight into the stock battery slot with no adapters or mechanical modifications required.
We bench-tested this cell on an A57 discharge cycle — BMS accepted the new pack without voltage anomalies or early cutoff events.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Oppo A57 Series — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP619)

The BLP619 is a 3.85V, 2800mAh Li-Polymer cell that fits the Oppo A57, A57 Dual SIM, A57 Dual SIM TD-LTE, A57t, and several additional A57 variants. It replaces a dead or degraded original cell and restores full device function. Capacity figure is 10.78Wh at the rated voltage.

  • A57 variant compatibility: All A57 models in this family share the same PCB footprint, connector pitch, and 3.85V nominal voltage rail, so one cell covers the full range without BMS handshake conflicts.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled BLP619 cells through charge and load on the A57 platform. The BMS accepted charge current correctly, held voltage within spec under sustained screen and modem load, and triggered protection cutoff cleanly at the low-voltage threshold.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration after install: On first use after fitting this cell, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-to-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC map its coulomb counter against the new cell's actual discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the A57 after a cell swap

This is a voltage cliff problem, not a defective cell. The fuel gauge IC is still running the discharge curve it learned from the old, degraded cell. When the new cell hits a voltage point the IC associates with near-empty, it signals shutdown — even though the cell has capacity left. The fix is one full uninterrupted discharge down to automatic power-off, followed by a full charge to 100%. After that cycle, the fuel gauge recalibrates its curve to the new cell and the early shutdowns stop.

A57 not powering on after the replacement battery sat in storage

Li-Polymer cells ship with a partial charge, but if the battery sat in storage for an extended period, the cell voltage may have dropped below 2.5V — the BMS hard lockout threshold. At that level, the BMS disconnects the cell to prevent damage and the phone will not respond to the power button or a standard charger. Connect the phone to a low-output USB charger (5V/0.5A) and leave it for 20–30 minutes. This trickle current is enough to bring the cell above the lockout threshold, after which the BMS reconnects and normal charging resumes. Check that the charging LED activates within 30 minutes; if it does not, the cell has gone below the recovery threshold of approximately 2.4V.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Oppo A57 shows a different battery percentage after I put the new BLP619 in — it jumps around and doesn't seem accurate. What's wrong?

The fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the discharge curve of your old cell. It uses a coulomb counter that tracks charge going in and out, but that counter needs a reference cycle against the new cell to reset its curve. Run one full discharge — let the phone power itself off — then charge uninterrupted to 100% without using fast charge. After that single cycle, the percentage readings stabilise.

Fast charging stopped working on my A57 the moment I fitted the replacement battery. The phone only charges slowly now.

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the charge IC on the A57 can default to a conservative constant-current profile because it hasn't yet confirmed BMS acceptance of the higher current. This is normal behaviour — it's not a fault with the cell. Complete one full slow charge to 100%, then disconnect and allow the phone to cool to room temperature before plugging back in. On the second charge cycle, the proprietary fast-charge handshake re-establishes and high-current charging resumes.

My A57 gets noticeably warm near the battery area during the first few charges after fitting the BLP619. Is that a problem?

A new Li-Polymer cell has slightly higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell, so the charge IC dissipates a little more energy as heat during the first several cycles. That warmth is expected and reduces as the cell conditions. If the phone becomes hot to the touch — not just warm — interrupt charging, let it cool, and check that no adhesive or bracket is pressing against the cell surface, as trapped heat accelerates impedance rise. Normal warmth during the first three cycles is not a fault.
