Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Rapoo MT750L / MT750 Pro — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (US613143N)

This 3.7V, 800mAh Li-Polymer battery replaces the internal rechargeable cell in the Rapoo MT750L and MT750 Pro wireless mouse. The MT750 series uses a built-in rechargeable pack rather than swappable AA or AAA cells, so when the original cell degrades, the mouse needs a direct cell replacement. Capacity and voltage match the factory spec exactly.

  • MT750L and MT750 Pro shared cell: Both models use the same 3.7V single-cell Li-Polymer pack on the same charge rail, with the same connector footprint and BMS communication protocol — which is why one replacement covers both.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and full-draw discharge on the MT750 platform. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, balanced charge terminated correctly at 4.2V, and low-voltage cutoff triggered at the expected threshold without hard lockout.
  • Li-Polymer cell handling during swap: The US613143N is a 5.20mm thin pouch cell — do not crease or bend the cell body during installation. A kinked pouch cell can develop an internal short that the BMS will not always catch at low charge levels.

Keyboard pairing lost after the MT750L battery goes flat

The MT750L stores its multi-device pairing table in volatile memory backed by the main cell. When the cell drops below the BMS cutoff and holds there for an extended period, that memory loses power entirely and the pairing data is cleared. Reconnecting the USB receiver alone will not restore the link — you need to hold the pairing button on the mouse until the LED cycles, then re-select the channel on the receiver side. After fitting a fresh cell, charge to at least 3.9V before attempting to re-pair.

Pointer stuttering and lag before the MT750 Pro shows a low-battery warning

Bluetooth polling rate on the MT750 Pro drops when the cell voltage sags below roughly 3.5V under load — this happens before the on-screen battery indicator flags low charge, because the indicator reads resting voltage, not loaded voltage. The result is intermittent cursor lag that looks like interference but is actually the radio throttling to stay within power budget. Charging the mouse resolves it immediately. If stuttering returns quickly after a full charge on the original cell, the cell has degraded and replacement is the correct fix.

Frequently Asked Questions

My MT750L mouse won't reconnect to any of its three channels after I replaced the internal battery — what did I miss?

Full power loss clears the MT750L's pairing memory, so the new cell alone won't restore the link. Hold the channel button on the mouse for three seconds until the LED blinks rapidly, then plug the USB receiver into a different port and wait for it to re-initialise. If using Bluetooth direct, delete the device entry on the host and re-pair from scratch. Do this with the cell charged above 3.9V — pairing attempts at low voltage can fail mid-handshake and loop.

The MT750 Pro cursor is jumping and lagging even though the battery indicator still shows two bars — is the battery faulty?

The battery indicator on the MT750 Pro reads resting cell voltage, not voltage under the Bluetooth radio load. When the cell ages, voltage sags under transmit bursts even if it looks fine at rest — the radio then throttles its polling rate, which shows up as pointer lag or skipping. Plug the mouse in to charge and check whether the stuttering stops immediately. If it does but returns within an hour of use, the cell has lost capacity and needs replacing.

The replacement US613143N cell charged fully the first time, but now it won't hold charge past a day of light use — what's happening?

A Li-Polymer pouch cell damaged during installation — even a slight crease or compression — will show normal first-cycle behaviour but lose capacity rapidly over the following charge cycles as internal delamination progresses. Remove the cell and inspect the pouch body under light; any visible crease, bulge, or discolouration means the cell is compromised. Fit a new cell, keeping the 45 x 30 x 5.20mm pack flat and unkinked during installation, and verify charge terminates at 4.2V.
