Fits RoboJet X-One cordless vacuum cleaners; replaces OEM battery CS-ZCX510VX.
14.4V lithium-ion at 3350mAh delivers full motor power for both carpet and hard floor cleaning.
Connector seats flat into the handle dock with a single locking tab; verify alignment before seating.
We bench tested this cell on the X-One motor under sustained suction load — BMS held steady, no early cutoff.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously; trickle charging degrades capacity faster than removing it when full.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

RoboJet X-One — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 3350mAh (48.24Wh) lithium-ion battery for the RoboJet X-One cordless stick vacuum. It replaces the original pack when capacity has dropped or the battery no longer holds charge through a full cleaning cycle. Dimensions are 69.60 x 37.50 x 37.20mm — same form factor as the factory unit.

  • X-One platform fit: The X-One motor rail runs at 14.4V nominal. This pack matches that voltage and the connector pinout, so the BMS communicates correctly with the vacuum's power management circuit without triggering a fault state.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge and discharge cycles on the X-One motor assembly. The BMS held steady under sustained suction load and responded correctly to cutoff thresholds without nuisance tripping.
  • Dock charging habit on the X-One: Do not leave the X-One sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charge accelerates capacity fade on lithium cells faster than intermittent charge cycles. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next use.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS's sustained-load threshold allows — usually triggered by a partially blocked filter, not a failing battery. Restricted airflow forces the motor to work harder, current spikes, and the BMS reduces output voltage to protect the cell. The result feels like a dying battery even when the indicator still shows charge. Clean or replace the filter first, then retest under load.

Motor cutting out mid-clean then recovering after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a loose connection. When suction is restricted — blocked nozzle, clogged filter, or dense carpet fibres — the motor stalls slightly and current draw spikes above the pack's protection threshold. The BMS cuts output, waits for the cell voltage to recover, then resets. Clear the blockage and verify the filter is clean. If the cutout persists on an unobstructed clean floor, check that the pack voltage reads at least 16.0V off the charger before use.

Frequently Asked Questions

My RoboJet X-One loses suction strength well before the battery light shows low — is the battery actually flat or is something else wrong?

The battery indicator tracks cell voltage, but suction drop happens when current draw spikes above what the BMS allows under load. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to pull more current, and the BMS throttles output before the voltage reading catches up. Check and clean the filter first — this resolves the symptom in most cases. If suction still drops on a clear filter, charge the pack fully and confirm it reads at least 16.0V off the dock before use.

The X-One motor keeps cutting out for a few seconds then coming back on its own — why does this keep happening?

That cycling behaviour is a BMS overcurrent trip resetting itself. Sustained restricted airflow — a blocked nozzle, full dust cup, or clogged filter — spikes motor current past the pack's protection threshold, the BMS cuts output, then resets once the cell recovers. It is not a faulty battery; it is the protection circuit doing its job. Clear the blockage, empty the dust cup, and clean the filter — the cutouts will stop.

I left my RoboJet X-One on the charging dock for several weeks and now the battery fades much faster than it used to — did I damage it?

Continuous dock charging applies a trickle charge to the lithium cells even after they reach 100%, and sustained trickle charge degrades cell capacity over time. Several weeks on the dock is enough to cause measurable fade. Going forward, charge the battery to full and remove it from the dock — only return it to charge when depleted. If capacity has already dropped significantly, replacing the pack is the fix, as lithium cell degradation from overcharge is not reversible.
