Fits Saunalahti Elisa and ZTE Blade smartphones, replacing the original 3.7V lithium-ion cell.
3.7V and 1300mAh capacity delivers the same energy output as the OEM battery pack.
Connector slides into the stock battery slot with no adapter needed or modifications required.
We bench-cycled this cell on an Elisa unit; the BMS accepted full voltage and discharged linearly.
On first use, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Saunalahti Elisa / Blade — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 1300mAh Li-ion cell that replaces the internal battery in the Saunalahti Elisa and Blade smartphones. It slots into the original battery bay and connects via the stock ribbon connector. Capacity is 1300mAh (4.81Wh) — identical to the factory spec.

  • Elisa and Blade compatibility: Both models run the same 3.7V battery bay, connector pinout, and BMS handshake. One cell covers either device without any adapter or modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through a full charge and discharge on the Elisa platform. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, and charge termination triggered correctly at 4.2V.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first install: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell.

Why the Elisa reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The Elisa uses a fuel gauge IC that builds a discharge model based on the previous cell's internal resistance and voltage curve. When a new cell goes in, the IC is still referencing the old model. The percentage readout will appear inflated or deflated until the IC relearns the new curve. One full discharge to auto-shutdown followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% resets the coulomb counter and corrects the displayed percentage.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% remaining on the replacement cell

This happens when the modem or screen draws a short burst of current and the cell voltage drops below the BMS cutoff threshold — even though the fuel gauge still shows charge remaining. On a new cell that has not yet been calibrated, the fuel gauge IC cannot accurately predict where the voltage cliff sits. The fix is the same recalibration cycle: drain to shutdown, then charge to full without interruption. If shutdowns persist past two full cycles, check that the battery connector is fully seated — a partial connection raises contact resistance and worsens voltage sag under load.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Elisa shows 25% battery and then just shuts off with no warning — is the new cell faulty?

Not necessarily faulty. The BMS cuts power when cell voltage drops below roughly 3.0V under load, even if the fuel gauge still reads 25% — this gap exists because the gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve. Run one full discharge-to-shutdown cycle followed by a full uninterrupted charge to 100%, and the coulomb counter will remap to the new cell. If shutdowns continue past two full cycles, reseat the battery connector and confirm no debris is under the contact strip.

Fast charging stopped working after I put in the replacement battery — the phone only trickle charges now.

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the charge IC on some Elisa firmware reverts to trickle rate until it confirms the new cell is within safe impedance range. Charge the phone fully on standard USB without a fast-charge adapter, then reboot. On the second charge cycle the fast-charge handshake typically resumes. If it does not resume after two standard cycles, check that the battery flex cable is fully clicked into the connector — a raised tab prevents the BMS from reporting correct cell status to the charge IC.

The phone won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months before installation.

If a Li-ion cell self-discharges below approximately 2.5V in storage, the BMS locks out to prevent charging a potentially unstable cell. Plug the phone into a charger and leave it connected for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button — the charge IC applies a low pre-charge current to bring the cell back above the BMS recovery threshold. Once the cell reaches around 3.0V the BMS unlocks and normal charging resumes. If the charge indicator never appears after 30 minutes, the cell has likely discharged below the recoverable floor and will need to be replaced.
