Fits T-Mobile Raider 4G and replaces OEM part numbers BH39100, 35H00167-00M, 35H00167-03M, 35H00167-01M.
3.7V, 1600mAh lithium-ion cell delivers 5.92Wh to power calls, messaging, and apps on the Raider 4G platform.
Connector slides into the battery slot with standard phone-grade positive and negative terminals; no locking tab present.
We bench-tested this cell in a Raider 4G unit — the BMS accepted charge current cleanly and voltage held steady under moderate load.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against the new cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

T-Mobile Raider 4G — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (BH39100)

This 3.7V, 1600mAh Li-ion cell is a direct swap for the T-Mobile Raider 4G smartphone. It replaces OEM part numbers BH39100, 35H00167-00M, 35H00167-01M, and 35H00167-03M. If your original cell is swelling, no longer holding charge, or dropping out unexpectedly, this is the replacement cell.

  • Raider 4G compatibility: The Raider 4G uses a fixed 3.7V single-cell architecture with a standard connector pinout shared across these OEM part numbers. Any of those four HTC/T-Mobile part numbers seat correctly in the same battery bay and connect to the same charge IC on the motherboard.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the Raider 4G platform. The BMS handshake completed without fault flags, and the charge IC accepted the cell without triggering overvoltage or temperature cutoff at full charge termination.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration after installation: On first use, disable fast charging if available and run one complete discharge-charge cycle from 100% to near-zero and back. This lets the fuel gauge IC map its coulomb counter against the new cell's actual discharge curve before normal use resumes.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Raider 4G after a cell swap

This is a voltage cliff problem, not a capacity problem. Under modem TX bursts or screen-on load, the new cell's internal impedance causes a brief voltage drop that the fuel gauge IC reads as a critical low-voltage event — even when the state-of-charge estimate still shows 20–30%. The phone's protection circuit trips and cuts power before the gauge has time to update. One full discharge-charge cycle recalibrates the coulomb counter and typically moves the cliff down to below 5%, where it belongs.

OS showing wrong battery percentage after replacing the Raider 4G cell

The fuel gauge IC stores a discharge curve calibrated to the old cell's impedance profile. When a new cell goes in, that stored curve no longer matches the actual voltage-to-charge relationship of the replacement cell. The result is percentage readings that jump, stall, or terminate charging early. Drain the battery fully until the phone shuts off, then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this forces the fuel gauge IC to re-anchor its reference points to the new cell.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Raider 4G shuts off at around 25% after I put in the new battery — is the cell faulty?

The cell is not faulty. The fuel gauge IC is still running the discharge curve it learned from your old cell, so its voltage cliff — the point where it decides power is critically low — fires too early under modem or screen load. Run one full discharge cycle from 100% down to automatic shutdown, then charge back to 100% without interruption. That recalibrates the coulomb counter against the new cell and pushes the cutoff back down where it belongs.

The Raider 4G battery percentage jumps around erratically after the replacement — sometimes it gains 10% just sitting idle.

This is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating in real time against an unfamiliar cell. It was tuned to the impedance signature of your original battery, and the new cell's discharge curve doesn't match that stored profile yet. The jumps are the IC correcting its state-of-charge estimate as it gathers fresh data. One complete discharge from full to shutdown and back to 100% gives the IC enough data to stabilize the readings.

The Raider 4G feels warm near the battery compartment during the first few charges — should I be concerned?

Mild warmth on the first one or two charge cycles is expected. A brand-new cell starts with slightly higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell, so the charge IC dissipates a little more energy as heat while filling it. If the phone becomes hot to the touch or charging stops before 100%, check that nothing is blocking ventilation and remove the case during charging. Normal warmth drops off after two or three full cycles as the cell's impedance settles.
