Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Tineco Floor One Booster Pro — 25.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (CL2123-7S1P-02B)
This 25.2V 3900mAh Li-ion battery replaces part number CL2123-7S1P-02B in the Tineco Floor One Booster Pro wet-dry cordless floor cleaner. It also fits the FW200100CN, 3.0Plus, 3.0LED, and 3.0LCD models within the same platform. Voltage and BMS communication match the original specification exactly.
- Floor One platform compatibility: The Booster Pro, 3.0Plus, 3.0LED, and 3.0LCD share the same 25.2V seven-cell architecture and battery connector. The BMS on each model communicates over the same data line, so one battery pack covers the full range without modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles on the Floor One platform, confirming the BMS handshake initialised correctly, the charge light progressed through all stages, and thermal cutoff triggered within spec under a blocked-nozzle load test.
- Dock charging on the Floor One series: Do not leave the vacuum on the dock permanently after a full charge. The Tineco charging dock continues to trickle charge when the unit is seated, and sustained trickle input accelerates cell degradation. Charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
The Floor One Booster Pro draws significantly more current when the roller brush or filter is partially blocked. Under that elevated load, cell voltage sags earlier than the indicator predicts — the indicator reads state-of-charge at rest, not under load. The result is reduced suction or automatic power reduction while the LED still shows two or three bars. Clean the filter and check the roller brush for hair wrap before assuming the battery is at fault. A clean filter typically restores full suction output through the majority of the charge cycle.
Motor cuts out briefly then restarts during a cleaning run
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a battery fault. When suction is restricted — blocked nozzle, compacted filter, or a large debris piece lodging in the airway — the motor draws more than the BMS overcurrent threshold, which cuts power to protect the cells. The BMS resets within a few seconds and power returns. Clear the blockage first, then check that the filter has been rinsed and fully dried before reinserting. If the cutout continues on a clear airway, check that the replacement pack voltage reads at least 24.5V on a multimeter after a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Tineco Floor One Booster Pro loses suction halfway through cleaning but the battery still shows charge — is that the battery or something else?
That pattern points to motor voltage sag under a restricted airflow load, not a dead cell. When the filter is partially clogged, the motor pulls above its rated current draw, and cell voltage dips under load even though resting capacity reads fine. Remove and rinse the filter, clear any hair from the roller brush, then retest. If suction holds consistently after that, the battery was never the issue.
The replacement battery won't trigger a charge cycle — I docked it and nothing happened.
The Floor One charging dock expects a BMS handshake before initiating charge. If the replacement pack was shipped in a deeply discharged state, the BMS may have entered a protection lockout that the dock cannot wake. Remove the pack, connect a compatible 25.2V Li-ion charger directly to the pack terminals for five minutes to pre-charge the cells above the lockout threshold, then re-dock. The charge indicator should activate once cell voltage rises above approximately 20V.
My Tineco 3.0Plus battery faded fast after about three months — I kept it on the dock between uses. Is that normal?
Continuous dock sitting is the most common cause of early capacity fade on the Floor One platform. The dock delivers a trickle charge whenever the unit is seated, and sustained low-current input degrades lithium cells faster than regular charge-discharge cycling does. The fix going forward is to remove the vacuum from the dock once the charge indicator shows full, and only re-dock when the battery is depleted. A replacement pack managed this way will hold capacity significantly longer than one left on continuous dock charge.
