A full charge reading with weak suction almost always points to the filters, not the pack. The iFloor S5's pre-motor and dirty-water filters restrict airflow when partially blocked, forcing the motor to draw higher current — the BMS then throttles output to stay within safe limits even at full charge. Remove and rinse both filters, then dry them fully before reinstalling. If suction returns to normal after that, the battery was never the issue.

My iFloor S5 kept cutting out and restarting on its own during cleaning — what causes that?

That's a BMS overcurrent trip cycling on and off. The S5's brush roller and suction motor pull from the same pack simultaneously, and any blockage — tangled hair in the brush roll, a saturated self-cleaning filter, or thick wet debris — spikes the combined draw past the BMS cutoff. The pack disconnects, cools for a second, then reconnects. Stop, clear the brush roll, check filter saturation, and restart. If it trips again immediately, the filter needs a full dry cycle before the next use.

I replaced the battery but my iFloor S5's replacement pack seems to be fading after just a few weeks — what went wrong?

Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of early capacity fade on the iFloor S5.
