This 14.4V Li-ion battery pack delivers 6700mAh (96.48Wh) to the Viomi Alpha 2 Pro and Alpha 2 Pro Plus cordless stick vacuums, including VXVC15-JC and VXVC16-JC models. It slots into the same battery housing as the original and connects to the same BMS handshake the vacuum's motor controller expects. Capacity is sourced from cell-level data — not rounded figures.

This happens when the motor draws more current than the battery can sustain at its present state of charge. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to pull harder, which drops cell voltage faster than the indicator predicts. This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a faulty battery. When the suction path is restricted — blocked brush roll, clogged filter, or carpet fibres packed into the inlet — the motor current spikes past the BMS threshold and the pack shuts output. The few-second recovery window is the BMS resetting after the overcurrent event clears. Clear the blockage, then confirm the pack voltage reads at least 14.0V under load before concluding the cell is degraded.
