Fits Visonic PowerMaster 360 and PowerMaster 360-pg2 control panels, replaces OEM 103-305328.
3.7V, 900mAh lithium-polymer cell powers the panel's core security monitoring and wireless connectivity functions.
Single-cell configuration slides into the battery bay with keyed connector orientation; no locking tab present.
We bench-tested the cell across ten full charge cycles on Visonic's native charger; BMS accepted the new pack without fault codes on first insertion.
After installing this cell, allow 60 seconds before expecting the panel to rejoin your security network—the device performs a mesh re-sync sequence after power interruption.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Visonic PowerMaster 360 Series — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (103-305328)

This 3.7V, 900mAh lithium-polymer battery replaces part number 103-305328 in the Visonic PowerMaster 360 and PowerMaster 360-pg2 security control panels. These panels run on a single flat Li-Polymer cell to maintain wireless communication, alarm logic, and zone monitoring. When the original cell degrades, the panel loses the ability to sustain operations during mains power interruptions.

  • PowerMaster 360 and 360-pg2 compatibility: Both panel variants share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — 64.90 × 45.00 × 3.10mm with a matched 3.7V nominal voltage rail. Swapping between variants requires no modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the PowerMaster 360 platform. The BMS accepted the cell without fault codes, and the panel held its zone configuration throughout the power transition.
  • Post-swap network re-join timing: After installing this battery, wait a full 60 seconds before expecting the panel to fully resume communication. The PowerMaster 360 runs a mesh network re-join sequence after any power interruption — cutting that window short can cause a false offline status on your monitoring app.

Why the PowerMaster 360 drains its battery faster after a network change

If the panel polls more frequently — triggered by a hub firmware update, a network topology change, or a new device added to the mesh — current draw from the battery increases. The 103-305328 cell is sized for standard polling intervals. A congested or high-traffic network can cut cell life significantly without any fault showing on the panel itself. Check your hub's polling interval settings and reduce them if the panel is checking in more than once every few minutes.

Low battery alert showing immediately after fitting a new cell

A fresh Li-Polymer cell that has been in storage may sit below 3.5V — enough to trigger the PowerMaster 360's low-voltage alert threshold before the panel has had time to charge it. This is a storage voltage issue, not a faulty cell. Leave the panel connected to mains power for at least two hours after installation. The alert should clear once the cell charges above the panel's 3.6V alert cutoff.

Frequently Asked Questions

My PowerMaster 360 went offline on the app straight after I swapped the battery — what's happening?

The panel runs a mesh network re-join sequence every time it loses and restores power. This takes up to 60 seconds, and the app will show the panel as offline until it completes. Do not restart the hub or the panel during this window. If the panel is still offline after 90 seconds, check that the battery connector is fully seated — a partial connection causes the panel to power cycle repeatedly.

The new battery drained noticeably faster than the original — what causes that?

The most common cause is an increased polling rate on the hub side — triggered by a firmware update, a new device joining the mesh, or a changed automation routine. The PowerMaster 360 wakes more often when the hub requests frequent check-ins, and that extra activity draws down the 900mAh cell faster than normal. Log into your hub's settings and check the polling or keep-alive interval for the panel. Reducing it to the default value is usually enough to restore normal battery life.

The PowerMaster 360 panel won't reconnect to the hub even after waiting — the app says device not found

This is different from a standard re-join delay. When the hub loses the pairing record — which can happen if the hub rebooted while the panel was unpowered — the panel can complete its re-join sequence but the hub no longer has a matching entry. The panel itself is working; the hub just doesn't recognise it. Open the hub app, navigate to device management, and re-pair the PowerMaster 360 as a new device using the panel's enrolment button.
