Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Xiaomi Mijia Self Cleaning Robot Vacuum Mop Pro — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (P2027-4S2P-MMBK)
This is a 14.4V, 6800mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Xiaomi Mijia Self Cleaning Robot Vacuum Mop Pro, Robot Vacuum Mop Cleaner, Dreame W10, and Dreame W10s. It powers the drive motors, suction fan, and mopping system. Fits the OEM specification for part number P2027-4S2P-MMBK.
- Mijia and Dreame platform compatibility: These models share the same 14.4V battery bay, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The vacuum's main board verifies cell voltage and BMS communication at startup — this replacement meets both checks.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge-discharge cycles on a Dreame W10 test unit. The BMS correctly negotiated charge termination, and the protection circuit tripped at expected over-discharge thresholds without false cutoffs during motor-start current draw.
- Dock charging habit for this platform: The Mijia and Dreame W10 series dock delivers a maintenance trickle after the battery reaches full charge. Leaving the unit docked indefinitely accelerates capacity fade — charge to full, then remove from the dock if the vacuum will sit unused for more than a few days.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low
The Mijia Pro's suction motor draws peak current when airflow is restricted — a partially blocked filter forces the motor to work harder, pulling well above rated amps. The BMS reads this sustained overcurrent as a low-voltage sag event and reduces output to protect the cells, which the vacuum interprets as low charge. Clean or replace the HEPA filter first. If suction recovers immediately after, the battery is not the cause. If suction remains weak with a clean filter and a fully charged cell reading below 15.8V under load, the battery has degraded.
Motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. It happens when the suction path is restricted enough to spike motor draw beyond the BMS protection threshold — the circuit opens, load drops, the BMS resets, and the motor restarts. The cycle repeats until the restriction is cleared. Check the brush roll for hair wrap, inspect the dust bin seal, and confirm the filter is seated correctly. If the motor still trips on a clear airflow path, check cell voltage at rest — a degraded cell pack that sags below 13V under load will trigger the same protection response.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Xiaomi Mijia Robot Vacuum Mop Pro shows a full charge but cuts out halfway through a clean — why?
A battery that reads full but cuts out under load has cell imbalance — one or more cells in the 4S pack are sagging below the BMS cutoff voltage while the others still show charge. The BMS trips the circuit to protect the weak cell, killing power mid-cycle even though the indicator looked fine. Check resting voltage with a multimeter at the battery terminals: a healthy 14.4V 4S pack should read between 16.0V and 16.8V fully charged. If it reads below 15.0V at rest after a full charge, the pack needs replacing.
The replacement battery charges but the vacuum runs for noticeably less time than the original did when it was new — is that normal?
It usually is not the battery. A partially blocked filter makes the suction motor draw significantly more current than rated, which drains the 6800mAh pack faster than the spec anticipates. Clean the HEPA filter, clear any hair from the brush roll, and empty the dust bin fully. If runtime improves, the motor load was the cause. If runtime stays short with clear airflow, verify the charger is reaching full charge termination — the pack should sit at 16.8V at the terminals when the dock light signals complete.
The Dreame W10 has been sitting on the dock for two months and now barely holds charge — did the battery fail or is this how the platform works?
Continuous dock charging is the most common cause of early capacity fade on the W10 and Mijia Pro platform. The dock does not fully cut trickle current after charge completion, so cells sitting at 100% state of charge under constant low current degrade faster than cells cycled normally. It is not a fault — it is how the hardware behaves. Going forward, charge to full, remove from the dock, and return it only when the battery is genuinely depleted.
