Fits BLU Win JR and W410 smartphones, replacing OEM part C585105195L.
Delivers 3.8V and 1950mAh capacity for full-day operation across display, processor, and connected applications.
Connector seats into the Win JR battery slot with standard Li-ion polarity; no locking tab required for this model.
Bench testing showed the BMS accepted charge current immediately on first cycle with no delay or fault condition.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against the new cell curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

BLU Win JR / W410 — 3.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (C585105195L)

This is a 3.8V, 1950mAh Li-ion cell for the BLU Win JR and W410 smartphones. It replaces part number C585105195L and fits both model designations sharing that OEM part. Capacity figure is taken directly from product data at 7.41Wh.

  • Win JR and W410 compatibility: Both models run on the same 3.8V single-cell architecture with an identical connector pinout and BMS handshake protocol, so one cell covers both variants without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the Win JR platform. The BMS accepted the new cell, balancing terminated cleanly, and protection circuits tripped correctly at low-voltage cutoff.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge down to automatic shutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This gives the fuel gauge IC a full reference curve against the new cell before high-current charging begins on an uncalibrated counter.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the BLU Win JR after a cell swap

A new cell has a different internal impedance profile than the degraded cell the fuel gauge IC was calibrated to. Under load spikes — modem connecting to a cell tower, screen at full brightness — the terminal voltage drops sharply below the cutoff threshold even though the displayed percentage reads 20–30%. The phone interprets that voltage sag as a dead cell and shuts down. One full discharge-charge cycle resets the coulomb counter and maps the new cell's actual voltage curve, eliminating false shutdowns.

Phone warm near the battery on first few charges after replacement

A fresh cell starts with higher internal impedance than a broken-in one. The charge IC pushes current into that resistance, and the extra energy dissipates as heat around the battery compartment. This is normal during the first two to three cycles as the cell's impedance settles. If the warmth continues past the third full charge or the phone becomes hot to the touch, check that the charge voltage hasn't exceeded 4.35V — measure at the charging port with a USB meter.

Frequently Asked Questions

My BLU Win JR won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for months — is the cell dead?

Most likely the cell discharged below 2.5V in storage and the BMS has locked out to prevent damage. Plug into a wall charger — not a computer USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell until it recovers above the BMS re-enable threshold, typically around 3.0V, at which point the phone will boot normally.

The Win JR shows 100% immediately after I install the new battery and plug it in — then drops to 60% within minutes of unplugging. What's wrong?

The fuel gauge IC is still reading from the old cell's discharge curve stored in memory. It hasn't seen a full cycle on the new cell yet, so the percentage readout is unreliable. Run the battery down until the phone shuts itself off automatically, then charge to 100% in one uninterrupted session. After that single cycle, the coulomb counter recalibrates to the new cell and the percentage will track accurately.

Fast charging stopped working on my BLU Win JR after I swapped the battery — it only trickle charges now.

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the charge IC can default to a conservative constant-current mode until it validates the new cell's response. This is a BMS handshake issue, not a fault with the charger or cable. Complete one full standard charge to 100%, then unplug and restart the phone. On the next charge cycle, fast charging should re-engage — confirm by checking that the charger's output current rises above 1A within the first five minutes of connection.
