The DM-8000H powered off mid-scan and now won't turn back on after I reinserted the battery — how do I recover it?

If the cell dropped below the BMS recovery threshold during storage or a deep discharge event, the protection circuit locks the battery in a sleep state and the device sees zero voltage on the pack. Connect the battery to the IWATSU charger and leave it undisturbed for at least 30 minutes — the charger applies a trickle pre-charge current that brings the cell voltage back above the BMS wake threshold, typically 12V. Once the charger confirms charge acceptance, proceed with a full charge cycle before powering the unit on.

The DM-900A completed boot and passed self-test, but it shuts off unexpectedly during imaging — is the battery faulty?
