Fits Coolpad devices and replaces OEM part number 1ICP/47/43/55.
3.7V at 1300mAh delivers 4.81Wh — sufficient for a full day of calls, messaging, and app use on compatible Coolpad models.
Connector type and orientation match the original pack; locking tab seats flush against the device housing without force.
We tested the BMS on bench charge cycles; voltage ramps to 4.2V nominal, and the charge IC accepted the new cells without fault signals.
On first installation, run one complete charge-discharge cycle before relying on the device's battery indicator — the fuel gauge needs to calibrate against the new pack's actual capacity.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Pack 1ICP/47/43/55 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 1300mAh (4.81Wh) Li-Polymer battery pack built to the 1ICP/47/43/55 specification. It fits compatible Coolpad smartphones where the original pack has failed or no longer holds a usable charge. Dimensions are 56.00 × 42.80 × 4.60 mm — confirm against your existing pack before ordering.

  • Coolpad platform fit: Coolpad devices using the 1ICP/47/43/55 pack share a common voltage rail at 3.7V nominal and use the same physical footprint with a direct flex-connector tab. The BMS on these models checks both cell voltage and connector pinout at startup — a physically mismatched pack will be rejected before the boot sequence completes.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on the bench, monitoring BMS communication at each stage. The protection circuit engaged correctly at low-voltage cutoff, and the charge IC accepted the pack without flagging an authentication fault.
  • First-cycle calibration on Coolpad fuel gauge: After installing this pack, run one full charge-discharge cycle before trusting the on-screen battery percentage. Coolpad's integrated fuel gauge recalibrates its state-of-charge tracking against the new cells during that first cycle — skipping it can leave the indicator reading 15–20% off for the first few days of use.

Pack not accepted by the device after swap

Some Coolpad models run a voltage range check at power-on before fully initialising the battery interface. If the replacement pack arrives at storage voltage — typically around 3.5V — the device may refuse to boot or show a blank screen. Connect the charger immediately after installation and allow the pack to reach at least 3.7V before attempting to power on. Once the voltage clears the threshold, the handshake completes and the device boots normally.

Battery percentage stuck or jumping on first day of use

A newly installed Li-Polymer pack has no charge history for the fuel gauge to reference, so the percentage readout can stall, jump, or drop suddenly in the first few charge cycles. This is a calibration gap, not a faulty cell. Charge the device fully to 100% without interruption, then use it down to auto-shutdown, and repeat once more. After two full cycles the gauge stabilises and tracks accurately against the 1300mAh capacity of this pack.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Coolpad won't turn on at all after fitting the new battery — no screen, no vibration, nothing.

The pack almost certainly arrived below the voltage threshold the device checks before it will boot. Plug in the OEM charger or a known-good USB-C charger and leave it connected for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. Once the pack charges above approximately 3.6V, the device will initialise the battery interface and power on normally.

The battery got noticeably warm during its first charge — is that a problem?

Mild warmth during the first charge is normal for a Li-Polymer pack going through its initial conditioning cycle. The cells and BMS are establishing baseline parameters, which generates more heat than a routine top-up charge. If the pack becomes too hot to hold or the device shuts itself off, disconnect immediately and check that the charger output matches the device spec — typically 5V/1A or 5V/2A for this class of Coolpad handset.

The phone shows 100% almost instantly after plugging in, then dies at around 40% — what's wrong?

This is a fuel gauge miscalibration, not a defective cell. The gauge carried over stale charge data from the old pack and has not yet mapped its readings to the new 1300mAh cells. Run one uninterrupted charge to 100%, then use the device until it shuts down automatically, and charge back to 100% again without removing the charger mid-cycle. After that full calibration cycle the percentage will track accurately.
