Fits devices requiring 1ICP/8/34/50 1S1P single-cell lithium-ion battery packs for wireless headsets, portable speakers, and personal care devices.
Delivers 3.7V at 1500mAh capacity—1S1P configuration means one cell in series, one in parallel for stable voltage output throughout discharge cycles.
Connector type and locking tab match OEM specification; physical dimensions 50.40 x 36.52 x 8.34 mm seat flush in original battery slot without modification.
Bench testing showed BMS voltage regulation steady at 3.7V under load; charge acceptance normal on first cycle with no cutoff anomalies.
On first install, run one full charge-discharge cycle before relying on any integrated fuel gauge—battery packs need a calibration cycle against new cells.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Pack 1ICP/8/34/50 1S1P — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V 1500mAh (5.55Wh) Li-ion replacement for the OEM pack carrying part number 1ICP/8/34/50 1S1P. The 1S1P configuration means a single cell, no series or parallel stacking. It measures 50.40 × 36.52 × 8.34 mm — check those dimensions against your housing before ordering.

  • 1S1P single-cell format: One cell, one voltage rail at 3.7V nominal. Devices spec'd for this pack rely on that single-cell BMS handshake — the protection circuit handles overcharge cutoff, over-discharge cutoff, and short-circuit response without a multi-cell balancing stage.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on the bench, confirming the protection IC trips at the correct cutoff voltages and that the cell holds capacity within spec across the first three cycles.
  • First-cycle calibration: If your device has an integrated fuel gauge, run one complete charge-discharge cycle after swapping this pack in. Fuel gauge ICs track coulomb counting against the old cell's baseline — one full cycle resets that reference to the new cell's actual capacity.

Pack running at lower voltage than rated on first use

Li-ion cells ship at storage voltage — typically 3.6V to 3.85V, intentionally below full charge. That's not a defect; it's how cells are stored safely during transit. Your device may read low capacity or behave erratically if it checks cell voltage at boot. Charge the pack fully before first use. A full charge brings the cell to approximately 4.2V, which is where rated capacity and stable BMS behaviour begin.

Pack not reaching full charge on the first cycle

On the first charge cycle, some charge ICs apply a reduced current to new cells — particularly if the cell voltage came in below the IC's pre-charge threshold. This can make the first charge terminate earlier than expected or report a lower fill level. It typically clears on the second full charge cycle once the IC has characterised the cell's internal resistance. If the issue persists past two cycles, verify the charger output voltage matches the pack's 4.2V maximum charge voltage.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device shows the new pack as low or nearly empty right after install — is the battery faulty?

It isn't faulty. Li-ion packs ship at storage voltage, which sits below full charge and will read as low or partially depleted on your device's indicator. Charge the pack fully before drawing any load from it. Once it reaches 4.2V, the capacity reading will reflect the actual 1500mAh rating.

The device won't turn on or keeps rejecting the pack after I installed it — what's happening?

Some devices run a voltage range check or BMS handshake at power-on, and a pack at storage voltage can fall outside the acceptance window. Plug the pack in to charge via the OEM charger first, before attempting to power the device on. A single full charge cycle is usually enough to satisfy the voltage check. If the device still rejects it, power-cycle the device with the pack seated and the charger connected.

The pack feels warm during the first charge — should I be concerned?

Mild warmth on the first charge is normal. The cell is being brought up from storage voltage, and the charge IC may be running a conditioning phase at reduced current before switching to full charge rate. The pack should not be hot — if it becomes uncomfortable to touch or the device shuts down, disconnect immediately and inspect for damage. Normal first-cycle warmth clears by the second charge.
