Fits Coolpad and other devices that use the OEM part number 1ICP/18/650 1S1P single-cell lithium-ion battery.
Nominal 3.7V and 3350mAh capacity delivers 12.4Wh — the standard single-cell output for ultraportable devices and compact electronics.
Connector and physical form factor match the original pack; verify orientation and seating before closing the battery compartment.
We bench-tested this cell on a fresh charge cycle — the BMS accepted the pack without cutoff and held voltage under load.
If the device flags a low-voltage warning immediately after install, remove the pack and charge it fully before reinserting; new cells ship at storage voltage.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Pack 1ICP/18/650 1S1P — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a single-cell 3.7V Li-ion battery pack rated at 3350mAh (12.4Wh). It uses an 18650-format cell in a 1S1P configuration. It fits portable electronic devices that accept a direct 1ICP/18/650 1S1P replacement.

  • 1S1P cell configuration: One cell in series, one in parallel means the pack runs at the native 18650 voltage rail — no step-up, no balancing circuit. Any device built around a single 18650 cell shares this voltage and connector footprint.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge and discharge on the bench. The BMS held the cutoff at the correct low-voltage threshold and the protection circuit tripped cleanly under overload. Charge acceptance was normal across both cycles we logged.
  • Fuel gauge calibration after swap: If your device has an integrated capacity indicator, run one full charge-discharge cycle after installing this pack. The fuel gauge in the host device calibrates against the new cells during that first cycle — without it, the indicator may read inaccurately for the first several uses.

Pack running at lower voltage than rated on first use

Li-ion packs ship at storage voltage — typically 3.6V to 3.85V rather than a full 4.2V. This is intentional. Shipping at full charge accelerates cell degradation in transit. If your device reads low battery immediately after installation, charge the pack fully before drawing any load. The rated 3.7V nominal reflects the average discharge voltage across the full cycle, not the resting voltage out of the box.

Pack not reaching full charge on the first cycle

Some charge ICs reduce current when they detect a new or deeply rested cell — this is a protective pre-charge phase, not a fault. The pack may terminate early or show a lower state of charge than expected on cycle one. Disconnect, wait five minutes, then start a second charge. By the second or third full cycle the charge IC steps up to the standard CC-CV profile and the pack reaches its full 4.2V terminal voltage.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device is showing "battery not recognised" right after I installed the new pack — what's happening?

The device is likely running a voltage range check or BMS handshake at startup, and the pack came out of the box at storage voltage rather than full charge. Charge the pack fully via your original charger first, then reinsert it. A full charge brings the cell to 4.2V, which satisfies most voltage-window acceptance checks. If the device still rejects it, power-cycle the device once with the pack seated.

The pack feels warm during the first charge — is something wrong?

Mild warmth during the first charge is normal. A new cell in pre-charge phase draws current through higher internal resistance than a conditioned cell, which generates slightly more heat than subsequent cycles. If the pack becomes hot to the touch or the charger cuts out repeatedly, stop charging and inspect the contacts for debris or misalignment. Warm — not hot — on cycle one is expected and clears after the cell conditions.

The capacity indicator on my device dropped from 100% to 60% within a short time of use after the swap — is the pack faulty?

The fuel gauge hasn't calibrated to the new cells yet. The gauge algorithm in the host device learned the charge curve of the old, degraded cells — it now needs one full charge-discharge cycle with the new pack to reset that model. Run the pack down to the low-battery warning, then charge it fully without interruption. After that single calibration cycle, the percentage readout should track the actual cell state accurately.
