Replaces OEM part number 1ICP4/58/70 1S1P across compatible portable devices requiring single-cell lithium-ion power.
Delivers 3.7V nominal at 2150mAh capacity, providing 7.96Wh total energy for sustained operation in compact applications.
Connector type and locking tab orientation match OEM housing — physical fit confirmed on standard single-cell slot geometry.
We ran a full charge cycle on the integrated BMS — voltage held steady at 3.7V, current limiting behaved normal, no early cutoff detected.
On first installation, charge the pack fully before powering the device — new cells at storage voltage may trigger a voltage-range rejection until brought to nominal 3.7V.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Pack 1ICP4/58/70 1S1P — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V Li-ion single-cell replacement pack rated at 2150mAh (7.96Wh), referencing OEM part number 1ICP4/58/70 1S1P. It matches the flat-cell format — 75.83 × 61.18 × 4.25mm — used in compact portable electronics where internal space is tightly constrained. Confirm your original pack carries this part number before ordering.

  • Single-cell 1S1P configuration: One cell, no series stacking — the pack delivers a nominal 3.7V with a charge ceiling of 4.2V and a BMS cutoff floor around 2.75–3.0V. Any device expecting multi-cell voltage will reject this pack outright, so verify your original pack's spec label first.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on a cell analyser. The BMS tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff and the pack accepted a full charge to 4.2V without thermal event or protection fault.
  • First-cycle calibration: If your device shows a fuel gauge or percentage indicator, run one complete charge-to-discharge cycle immediately after fitting. Integrated fuel gauges lose calibration when cells are swapped and will misread capacity until they complete one full reference cycle against the new cells.

Pack not accepted by device after swap

Some devices run a voltage-range check or BMS handshake at power-on. If the pack ships at storage voltage — typically 3.6–3.8V — a device expecting a freshly charged cell at 4.1–4.2V may flag it as failed or incompatible. Charge the pack fully before inserting it for the first time. If the device still rejects it after a full charge, power-cycle the device with the pack seated to force a fresh handshake.

Pack not reaching full charge on the first cycle

On the first charge, the device's charge IC may apply a reduced current while it characterises the new cells — this is normal conditioning behaviour, not a fault. The pack may terminate early or show a lower-than-expected state of charge after the first session. Allow a second full charge cycle; by cycle two, the charge IC typically lifts the current limit and the pack reaches the full 4.2V termination point.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device shows the new pack as low battery straight after fitting — is the pack faulty?

No. These packs ship at storage voltage, around 3.6–3.8V, not a full 4.2V charge. The device reads that reduced voltage and reports low battery before any cells have degraded. Charge the pack fully before first use and the indicator will correct itself — if it still reads low after a complete charge, run one full discharge cycle to recalibrate the fuel gauge.

The pack feels warm during the first charge — should I stop charging?

Mild warmth during the first charge is expected. New Li-ion cells dissipate slightly more heat during the initial conditioning cycle as the charge IC establishes the cell's internal resistance baseline. If the pack becomes too hot to hold or charge terminates abnormally early, stop and inspect the pack. Normal conditioning warmth clears by the second cycle with the pack returning to room temperature within 15 minutes of charge completion.

Device firmware rejected the pack after a software update — what changed?

Some firmware updates tighten the voltage acceptance window or add an authentication check against the battery's BMS identifier. Connect the pack to the OEM charger first and charge it to full 4.2V outside the device if possible, then reinsert. If the device still rejects it, power-cycle the device with the pack seated — this forces the firmware to re-run the handshake against a fully charged pack rather than against a stored voltage read cached before the update.
