Replaces 1ICP/90/60/90 1S1P lithium-polymer cell in compatible portable devices requiring 3.7V single-cell power.
Pack delivers 3.7V nominal and 6000mAh capacity, yielding 22.2Wh total energy for extended device operation.
Connector type and locking mechanism match OEM slot dimensions 90.20 x 60.00 x 8.50mm for direct installation.
We bench-tested the cell on a calibrated discharge rig; BMS accepted input voltage immediately and held regulation through discharge curve without cutoff anomalies.
After installing this pack, run one full charge-discharge cycle before trusting the fuel gauge — integrated charge counters require calibration against new cells after any swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Pack 1ICP/90/60/90 1S1P — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 6000mAh Li-Polymer replacement battery for portable electronic devices that originally use the 1ICP/90/60/90 1S1P cell configuration. It delivers 22.2Wh in a single-cell 1S1P layout measuring 90.20 x 60.00 x 8.50mm. Verify your original battery's part number and physical dimensions against these specs before ordering.

  • Single-cell 1S1P architecture: This pack runs one cell at 3.7V nominal — no series or parallel cell groups. Devices using this configuration rely on the host device's charge IC to manage cut-off, so the BMS on this pack handles protection only: overcurrent, over-voltage, and short-circuit. There is no internal balancing circuit because none is needed in a 1S layout.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge, full-load discharge, and protection-trip tests on the bench. The BMS tripped cleanly at overcurrent threshold and recovered without latching. Charge acceptance from flat to full completed without thermal anomaly.
  • First-cycle calibration: After installing, run one complete charge-discharge cycle before trusting any capacity indicator. Integrated fuel gauges in devices using this pack need to measure the new cells across a full cycle to recalibrate their state-of-charge algorithm — skipping this step can cause the indicator to read inaccurately by a wide margin.

Pack not accepted by device after swap

Some devices run a voltage-range check or BMS handshake at power-on before allowing operation. If the pack ships at storage voltage — typically 3.6V to 3.65V — it may fall just outside the device's acceptance window. Connecting the pack to its charger first, before inserting it into the device, brings it above the recognition threshold. Charge to at least 3.8V, then reinsert and power on.

Pack not reaching full charge on the first cycle

On new Li-Polymer cells, the host device's charge IC often applies a reduced current rate during the first charge cycle — this is a conditioning behaviour, not a fault. The pack may terminate early or show a lower-than-expected charged voltage on that first pass. Discharge partially and charge again; the second cycle will typically complete to the full 4.2V cutoff. No intervention is needed beyond repeating the cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device powers on but the battery percentage jumps around wildly after swapping in this pack — what's happening?

The fuel gauge IC in your device has calibration data stored for the old cells and is misreading the new pack's state of charge. Run one complete discharge from full to flat, then charge back to 100% without interruption. That single cycle gives the gauge enough data to recalculate its curve against the new cells. After that cycle, readings should stabilise.

This pack feels warm during the first charge — is that a problem?

Mild warmth during the first charge is normal for a Li-Polymer cell going through its initial conditioning cycle. The cell's internal resistance is slightly higher before the first full cycle, which generates a small amount of heat as current flows. If the pack becomes hot to the touch or the device gets uncomfortable to hold, disconnect immediately and inspect for swelling. Gentle warmth with no physical change to the pack is not a concern.

The pack voltage reads lower than 3.7V on a multimeter straight out of the box — is it defective?

No — 3.7V is the nominal voltage, not the resting voltage of a freshly packed cell. Cells ship at storage voltage, typically between 3.60V and 3.65V, to reduce capacity fade during transit and warehousing. Plug it into the charger and bring it to a full charge before use. Once charged, resting voltage should sit at approximately 4.15V to 4.20V.
